I went and sat with Anitha.

"You'll never believe what happen today," I said.

"Tell me," she said.

I went on and told her everything.

"You know she's very mature for her age," she said.

"She is!" I said.

We sat in silence for a bit.

"Babe, you know what's crazy," I said.

"What?" She asked.

"Our daughter," I said.

"Ya, we established that," she said.

I laughed at that.

"Let's watch a film," I said.

"Okay," she said.

"Old or new?" I asked.

"Eh," she said.

I decided to play Kya Kehna.

I looked over at her and she was literally lost in the film. I mean I could get up and go anywhere and she wouldn't notice.

"Oh my God! Your crying," I said.

"SSSHHHH!!! It's a sad scene!" She said.

"Wasa Preity Zinta is an amazing actress," I said.

"She is! Now shut up!" She said.

I laughed at that.

She rested her head on my shoulder and I kissed her hair.

"This film is an emotional roller-coaster,"she said.

"Sure," I said.

"Are you even watching it?" She asked.

"I am," I said.

"Ugh! Watch it!" She said.

"I am watching it!" I said.

"Then try to understand it!" She said.

"You want me to cry. Is that proof enough?" I asked.

She laughed at that.

I kissed her cheeck.

"Love you jaan," I said.

"Love you too," she said.
