Chapter 16: BFF talk

I wanted to talk to Vanessa after what Heather told me but she seemed so busy with cheerleading, specially now that the event is coming soon.

"Hi Mrs. Bradley!" Vanessa's mother opened the door

"Hi Skye! Long time no see!" She lets me come in "She's up in her room"

"Thanks! Mrs. Bradley" then I went upstairs to her bedroom, I knock at her door

"Open!" She shouted from the inside, opened it

"Hi V!"

"thought is was my mother. Hi!" She sits in her bed

"She let me in"

"What brings you here?"

"I wanted to talk to you about something" sitting on the edge of her bed

"Not the why we aren't talking and seeing something" she's annoyed

"No, not at all. It's about Heather" she becames instantly interested

"What did she say?" So eager that she moved closer to me

"It's about Dylan"

"What about my boyfriend?"

"That she gives your relationship with him another month and he'll leave you" I told her

"That Bitch! But I don't give a damn. He's mine and she'll just have to get over it" Vanessa very confident

"I hope" I said

"You think we are not going to last?" She took my word wrong

"Really? How can I believe you if I know that you're inlove with my boyfriend?"

"I'm not going to lie I do love him but-"

"You admit it yourself, why don't you just mind your own business!" She was turning angry

"But I've been pushing that feelings aside for you because you're my bestfriend" I explain to her

"Is that why you purposely ask Mr. Sinatra to be Dylan's chemistry partner? Such a leech!"

"I did not ask Mr. Sinatra that, he was the one who paired Dylan to me"

"Like I would believe you! Maybe your even snaking Dylan behind my back"

"No! I wouldn't do that"

"Stop acting so innocent Skye, it's so overated!"

"I'm not acting! I've been nothing but a supportive and understanding friend to you but you treat me like crap!" I was done being nice

"Oh come on! You have been sharing with my light ever since"

"Jealousy won't get you anywhere Skye, just be the loser everyone known you to be!"

"believe what? That I'm finally free of you? I'm so sick of you following me around like a sick puppy, don't you have anything more to do in life than bug me! Geez!"

"Fine! From now on I'll leave you be"

"Great!" Sighing in her relief, I wanted to cry but I tried not too. I left the house without even telling Mrs. Bradley goodbye for I don't want anyone else to see me cry.

I cried my way back home, my eyes was red as ever so as my nose. My sleaves wet for I don't have any tissue with me. I run up to my room as I entered my house, glad that no one was home yet.

Why would she be so mean? She threw our friendship just like that. Like it was a rotten garbage not able to be recycled? Is that it.

"Serena was right all along, I should've listen to her the first time she told me" I said to myself "If she's okay with it, it'll be fine with me"

"Sorry, but I want to say this I TOLD YOU SO!" Serena's reaction was pissed actually more pissed than me as I told her about my conversation with Vanessa. She was cursing so much that I don't want to listen to it anymore. "She's such a Bitch!"

"Don't Serena me! I'm speaking the truth and not ashame of it" She says not caring at all "Vanessa is a Bitch!" She yelled

"Serena!"

"Okay! I'll stop but I badly wanted to say it" She smiles "Lighten up!" She says stretching my cheks for a smile

"Here!" I forcely smiles

"Perfect! Super perfect!" She claps

"What's the Fuzz about here?" Jake asks

"Nothing that concerns you!" Serena answers him

"Harsh!" Dramatically puts his hands over his heart "Hold me and never let me go" Him resting his head on my shoulder

"Smooth move!" I told him as I jerk my shoulder, his head falling as I did. Making Serena and I laugh

"That's the move!" Serena and I high fived

"Did you infected Skye with your brutal and mean attitude?" Jake ask Serena pinching her cheek

"No! I infected her with my pleasing personality!" She pushed Jake's hand away from her

"Please No!" he pulled me into him hugging me away from Serena

"Jake stop!" I said laughing as he holds me like a kid being overprotected with his toys

"No!" He refuses

"Please Jake!" Still laughing, he turn us around and we fell onto the floor. I landed on top of him as our faces inches away from each other.

"Because she can't have my boyfriend, she plans on being with Jake instead" Vanessa said as she pass by, making me stand on my feet as I heard her. Byt Jake stopped me from doing anything.

"She's not worth it Skye" his hands on my wrist, I looked at him

"Why don't you just pick on someone else ahm like me!" Serena rolling her sleeves

"Don't" I stop her "Jake's right she's not worth it!"
