Sakura was in a fit of rage by the time they walked inside of the venue. "Care to explain to me why you decided to say this now?!"

Suigetsu raised his hands in surrender. "Hey! I was just waiting for the right time to tell you this."

"Well, this is obviously not the right time. In fact, you were too late, you baka!"

Suigetsu stuffed his hands inside of his pockets as he watched Sayuri and Kiba walk over to the dance floor along with the crowd of students from Konoha High. He sees Ino stepping out of the crowd, walking quickly over to the two. Turning his head slightly away from Sakura and Ino, he bites his lower lip nonchalantly.

"Where were you at?!" Ino shouted out through the loud music. "Thanks a lot for leaving me alone. I had to walk with Sayuri and Kiba, and now people think I'm the single friend."

"But you are," Sakura retorted, rolling her eyes.

Ino scoffs, rolling her eyes as she crosses her arms. "Whatever."

"Besides, I had a good reason for that."

"Oh, really?" Ino lets out sarcastically. "And what could the reason possibly be? It better be a good one."

"Because," Suigetsu groans as soon as a fist met with the back of his head. Sakura drops her hand, whipping her head back to face the blonde. "Suigetsu had proof that Karin isn't as innocent as Sasuke thought she was."

"Wait a minute. You mean to say that--"

"Yes! He had video proof."

And again, a hand made contact with his head. Ino had stepped in front of him and slapped him, leaving a red hand mark on his face. He huffs in frustration as he turns his head back, giving Ino a scowl. "Will you two stop hitting me?!"

"You deserved it, shark-boy!" She sent him a death glare as she took hold of his shirt, pulling him closer to her. "Why didn't you tell us that you had proof when Sayuri still had feelings for Sasuke? Now she's in Kiba's hands. He's surely going to ask her to be his girlfriend tonight and I'm pretty sure she's going to say yes!"

"Hey! If I showed Sasuke the whole video two months back, it was a high chance that he wouldn't take her back anyway. His pride was that big," Suigetsu grips Ino's wrists and gently pulls them off of his collared shirt. "Look, I'm telling you this now because I can tell that Sasuke's considering on breaking up with Karin."

Sakura slightly tilts her head to the right as she watches him brush his shirt off. She walks over to Ino's side, furrowing her eyebrows. "How do you know?"

"I saw him watching Kiba ask Sayuri to the dance, up to when he kissed her on the cheek. I could tell that he was jealous."

Ino scowled as she rolled her eyes. "So all it took was jealousy, eh?"

Suigetsu shook his head as he took out his cellphone. As he looks down at the screen, he asks the two girls, "Should I show this to him?"

They stood in silence for a moment, stuck deep in their thoughts. Sakura sighs as she tapped Ino's shoulder, making her turn her head to look at her. Sakura looks at her in a very unsure way. "Ino... you saw how happy Kiba was when Sayuri agreed to go to the dance with him. Even now. They're obviously having a good time."

The girls turn their heads, watching as Sayuri and Kiba dance along to the music, their face full of happiness and joy. Hearing Sayuri laughing confused them even more. Was it worth it? Would it be worth it if someone is torn apart for the happiness of one person? Or possibly... breaking the hearts of two people just for one person?

"I don't know if we should show him..." Ino sighed, pursing her lips together for a moment. "I don't want to ruin their night."

"We won't have to ruin their night," Suigetsu drops his arms as he looks down at Ino and Sakura. "I just thought I'd show him the truth behind what he saw that day, so he'd know once and for all. I mean... Sayuri's obviously going to choose Kiba."

Ino nodded. "You're right."

Their conversation didn't carry on any longer. The three began scanning the crowd for a familiar face, though it was hard because basically every student was on the dance floor right now, dancing their hearts out. After a few minutes of scanning the crowd, Suigetsu finally spots the Uchiha, dancing with the redhead on the other side of the room. He grunted, knowing that he'd have to push his way through.

He tells the girls to stay near Sayuri and Kiba before he manages to get himself in the crowd of students. Suigetsu doesn't even bother excusing himself; he just wanted to get to Sasuke right away, and that meant he had to rudely push through students who were now frustrated.

It didn't take too long until Suigetsu finally reached Sasuke and Karin. For a moment, he froze as he watched the sight of the two in disgust. They were dancing very close to each other. He sighed. 'Is this considered dirty-dancing or what?'

Upon seeing the familiar face next to them, the two stopped dancing and took a step away from each other. Karin gives Suigetsu a sly smile. "Hey, Suigetsu! I didn't know you were here."

He could tell that she wasn't happy with him interrupting. Suigetsu resisted the urge to roll his eyes as he secretly unlocks his cellphone. "Sorry 'bout that. I just needed to ask you something, Karin."

She furrows her eyebrows together. "Okay. Spill."

After pressing the play button on the video, Suigetsu steps in front of Sasuke and fakes a smile toward Karin. "Have you gotten Sasuke a gift for your two-month anniversary yet?" He pushes his phone toward Sasuke, who reluctantly took it and began watching the video. He brings the phone closer to his face to hear the audio better.

Meanwhile, Karin gives Suigetsu a weird look as she crosses her arms. She began to suspect that something was off about him when he sees him grin... almost like he was forcing himself to grin. She takes a deep breath and decides to go along with it. "Our anniversary is next week. It's a bit early, don't you think?"

"Good. I didn't want you wasting money," He turns his head to the right to listen to the audio of the video as well. Realizing that Sasuke was nearly at the end of the video, Suigetsu decides to close the conversation. "...because your relationship's on the line."

"What?"

"You know, you really don't deserve Sasuke."

"What the hell are you saying--"

She was cut off by the sound of a cellphone dropping to the floor. Suigetsu smirks as he steps aside. He picks up his cellphone and brushes it off before putting it back in his pocket. Karin had a look of confusion on her face until she looked over at Sasuke, who was looking at her with so much hate and anger. He glowered down at her as he automatically clenched his fists. Some students began to notice this, making the noise of the crowd die down, some heads already turning to look at them.

Karin stares at him with widened eyes, unsure whether she should lay a hand on him or not. "Sasuke-kun? Are you okay?"

"Don't you dare call me that," he retorted quietly. "You don't even know how badly I want to choke you right now."

She knew why he was threatening her right now. He knew it. He knew everything.

Now he knew that he should have believed Sayuri.
