"What is that?" Asked the witches. They took a step toward the glow leaving Karin standing there by herself.

Tyler was behind Karin, "Call it off Karin. I realize you were right all along. You and I were meant to be together."

She turned around with a bright smile. "I knew you would come back to me." She launched herself in his arms.

Tyler had to suppress the shiver as her body touched his. He closed his arms around her body holding in the grimace and sick feeling in his stomach. Distracting Karin, Tyler nodded to the hidden witches signaling them to approach the enemies.

As the three glowing bodies drifted apart the white light also diminished. As Lyla separated from her brother and cousin the witches immediately recognized her and immediately shot a spell toward her.

Lyla was protected so nothing happened. Lyla being the center of attention the other two were able to sneak behind the two witches and go after Karin.

"Hello Karin. I see your choice in friends has not improved." Adam snidely said.

"Adam, what are you doing here? I thought you left the pack." Was her response.

"Does it matter? You are attacking your old pack so that means you care nothing for family." He spat out.

She took a step closer to Adam but he held up his hand stopping her. "Don't. I want nothing to do with you. What have you done to mom and dad to make them believe all your lies."

Karin looked shocked. "Why are you upset with me? I love you and your the only one I have left." She started sniffling, "Mom and dad have disowned me and I have no pack now."

"That's your own fault. Why would anyone want anything to do with you when you blatantly lied about your own sister and tried taking her mate away." By now Winter was behind Karin and Tyler had moved away.

"I didn't take away that bitch's mate she was moving in on my mate. Tyler and I will be able to be happy once she is dealt with." Karin looked over her shoulder to smile at Tyler but he wasn't there.

She whipped her head back and forth looking for him. "Tyler, Tyler! You can come out sweetie you won't be hurt." She tuned in a circle calling for him. "Tyler!"

Lyla appeared beside Adam, "Hello Karin. I am afraid Tyler can't come out and play." Laughing Lyla stepped closer to Karin.

"Bitch! What have you done with him? He better not be hurt!" Karin yelled still turning in circles.

"For shits sake Karin when will you get it through your thick head that Tyler does not want you. He never has and never will want anything to do with you." Adam stated with a sneer. "I am glad we aren't really related to you."

Karin turned to face the siblings. "What does that mean? Of course we are related you're my brother."

"Not that we have to explain ourselves to you but we found out your parents are not our biological parents, they delivered on a favor and agreed to treat us as their children then moved to a new pack with no one knowing any different."

"That's not true. They would have told me something like that." Karin insisted.

"Now we see where you get your ease of lying and deceit. At least theirs was for a good reason." Adam scoffed.

Karin's confidence was faltering, her body slumped and her voice was strained, "My whole life was a lie. Neither of you are their children but they still loved you both more than me. I am always last in everything."

Not letting that pity me speech get to her Lyla offered Karin a choice. "I will be nice this one time. Leave my territory and you may live but if you ever cross into Gushing Springs pack land again as Luna I will not hesitate to kill you."

Stella and Winter zapped to beside Lyla, "As Luna of Moonshine pack I forbid you to enter my pack lands also." Reaching for Lylas hand a bright light glimmered around the joined hands. "Pack means family and family sticks together no matter what and they have each other's backs. Mess with my family and you won't live to see your mistake."

"As Luna of Red Mist pack I also make the same agreement." Stella grabbed Lylas other hand and smiled when Karin gasped and took a step back. "Immediate death."

"Gris assured me they could handle the coven. They all boasted how their magic was stronger than yours." Karin's frightened face was priceless.

"I am the high priestess of the most powerful coven, do you think a few black magic wielders can overpower me and my coven." Stella laughed and motioned toward behind her. White magic will always prevail. The Jali Coven has prevailed against that traitorous lot and their dark ways."

Karin finally realized she was never going to win. Sinking to her knees, her bravado crumbled and face showed pain and defeat. "Where am I suppose to go now? What am I suppose to do?" Her voice was breaking as tears spilled down her cheeks.

Tyler emerged with Alpha Grey and Alpha Tage. "We don't care but the Luna's have spoken so you have fifteen minutes to be out of our territory's before we let them fulfill their threat." Each alpha joined their mates showing a united front.

"I can't be out of your lands by then. They all three connect and are cover thousands of miles." Her plea fell on deaf ears.

Lyla spoke with authority, " I suggest you head north as fast as you can then. I hear Canada is a terrific place to live. You have thirteen minutes."

Karin's jaw dropped at the force of power coming from her adopted sister. Once again she lost to that bitch. Her wolf is clawing it's way to the surface to obey the command from the Luna's.

"Twelve minutes and counting until we gladly help our fellow Luna out with her rogue problem." Stella sneered.

Karin immediately shifted and took off. Her only option was to head northwest where Gushing Springs meet the very small patch of land that has not been claimed by any pack. The five mile slip of no man lands separated Gushing Springs from Red Mist at their northern corners giving Karin a small reprieve. With one of their three pack lands all around the unclaimed area she had no choice but to hide out there until she could find a way to slip through one of their lines to be able to fully leave all three packs lands.

With just ten seconds of her allotted time left she crossed out of pack land collapsing , panting for breath. She made it. Now to form a plan to get out of the joining pack lands into Canada.

Standing on shaky legs, mouth dry and body sweating from the exertion Karin went in search of water. Slowly walking to the east she heard rushing water and eagerly sped up.
