I place the knife to me and-
"STOP, LENA WHAT ARE YOU DOING." Dani yells barging in the bathroom.
"I'm sorry Dani." I sob.
"Shh it's ok baby I love you." She sooths me.
"Dani?" I ask.
"Hmm." She asks.
"I choose you." I tell her.
She smiles and a tear escapes her eye.
"I've always chose you." I tell her.
She is crying now.
"Can we go home now?" I ask.
"Yes baby yes." She tells me.
We stand up.
"Thanks Nan for everything, and thanks for bringing me to the foster home." I say leaving.
She winks.
"Dani? Thanks for everything." I say.
"What?" She asks.
"Thanks for loving me even though the boys don't." I tell her looking down.
She looks at me then looks ahead.
"So about Lexy and I meeting with Simion?" I ask.
She smiles and nods knowing exactly what I'm thinking. The day is coming. Time to start a new life Lena Sky Peazer. The day is coming.
