With eyes that don't cry,
when I feel pain,
that hurts too much,
and kisses my skin.
What a sad life I live.....
With hands that cause pain,
and heart that breaks,
with troubles surrounding me,
and beating me down.
What a sad life I live.....
With a sister who misses me,
and I can't escape,
with a love near by,
and parents that had separated.
What a sad life I live.....
With a brother who beats,
and my teeth can only bite,
with my soul near by,
but nearly walking away.
What a sad life I live.....
With a father away,
but a mother near by,
when I can't choose,
but no longer cry.
What a sad life I live.....
When I feel deep in pain,
I just keep my chin up,
and no one can see it,
because it hides in my eyes.
What a sad life I live.....
And I want to tell them,
but what would they think?
Would they yell or be comforting?
Would they slap or hug?
What a sad life I live.....
Would they care?
Would they think I'm trash?
Would they think it's just a story?
Or would they sit by me,
and say it's all alright?
What a sad life I live.....
Tears poor down inside my heart,
but no water appears in front of the eyes,
I hurt too much to say anything,
so I feel like saying goodbye.

Should I live or die?
Should I smile or cry?
I am smart,
but feel as if I should do SOMETHING.

I sit and wait...
