If there was a perfect world,
I would take you with me.
Where we can spend night and day
Making stories together,
And later tell them to our children.
I would ask you to take my hand,
And guide you to this world with me.
I would lay in your arms,
Where you would hold me,
And we'll leave our troubles behind.
You and I could walk anywhere
With no doubt that we can't,
Because we're hand-in-hand walking down this road
To the perfect world we wished for.
