Its that time of year again..Love day! Is what they call valentines day on mewni, Even though Star has been at the Diaz residents for awhile Now she still have her traditions just like the Diaz's do as well..

"Marco! Its Love day on Mewni! Isn't it lovely? We have a full day of love and just us enjoying it?" I said twirling around him and he doesn't seem amused "What's so special of love day? It like valentines day here on earth, which couples spend money on each other for ridiculous stuff they'll keep until it breaks..and plus its June 14? Not February princess"

I nodded "Yes Richard, he is my plus one, how are you?" I said as we boarded "I'm lovely, thanks for asking, I miss having you back home"

I kissed his cheek "So do I, but don't worry I'll be home before you know it" he smiled and I sat next to Marco holding his hand and laying my head on his arm "This..is so weird" he said looking around the coach "Yeah, it might at first but its fine" when we arrived, there were people and royals wearing pinks and reds, it was so beautiful

"Aww look how amazing everyone looks, oh I almost forgot about me" I said a spell almost scaring Marco and I was wearing a dress that was pink and red and have hearts on my hair that wasn't in my braids "Perfect, how do I look?" "You have red, but its cool, your with me so relax Diaz" he smiled and pulled me in a hug "Okay princess" we stayed like that until Richard stopped "Princess Butterfly, we've arrived at the carnival, may you have a wonderful Love Day" I hugged him "You two, bye Richard" he waved "Later Richard guy" Marco said and he waved as well

When we got off, it was full of life, and love and couples, what a wonderous day "I smell popcorn and caramel" Marco said holding my hand "Yeah, let's go on rides first then eat" he nodded and we walked by but was stopped by my parents "Star darling" my father said "Hello father, mother" "Star.." I ignored my mother and looked at my father "So this is Marco Diaz" "Yes sir, I am and your King Butterfly right?" Marco extended his arm towards him, which is a first "It is my boy, my what a grip you got there" Marco looked at me and I rolled my eyes

"Yes, I work out on my free time, and box, so this is why am fit" they kept talking and my mother pulled me aside "Did you tell him, you can't marry him when your 18, he has to be a royal" I scuff "Mother, I marry whoever I want, and I'm only 14, I have time and I doubt we'll last that long..maybe" I said looking at him "Well, we'll see when that day comes...Prince Tom still has an eye for you" I crossed my arms

Marco Pov
I noticed princess wasn't her happy or sarcastic self, wonder what her mother said to her because, its pretty messed up if she's in a sad mood "Hey princess, you okay?" She stayed silent as we got on the ferris wheel "Princess?" I grabbed her handa in the seat "Hey, what's wrong? Did your mother say something about me or you?" She put her head down and I heard soft sobs "Star?" I raised her head and she had tears running down her puffy read cheeks "I'm sorry.." She said trying to avoid eye contact "For what? You didn't do anything wrong? If your mom doesn't like me then who cares, I like you that's all that matters" she smiled but still had tears in her eyes and the ferris wheel stopped at the top "Marco..when I turn 18 I have to be married to Tom..not you, my mother said I have to be with a royal" my heart kinda hurt a little "So when you turn 18, we aren't together anymore?" She nodded and began to cry and I pulled her close to me "I won't let that happen, we're staying together for as long as we can because I faith in us" she giggled and sniffles a bit "So do I" at least she told me, now I have to keep with me for awhile, not letting her slip away from my hands for some evil demon...

When we went on all the rides we had almost all junk foods that we can eat or could "Man I'm stuffed" I said trying to not puke up the food "Yeah..me too, thanks for today" I looked at her and smiled "No thank you, I had fun spending it with my girlfriend" I moved closer to her and put my arm on her shoulder and and we Kissed long and passionate and then fireworks shot up in the sky "What a perfect way to end Love day" she said and I looked how beautiful she looked and the colors of the fireworks glistening off her face "I love you princess" she looked at me "I love you too Diaz" she lean in for another kiss and watched the sky..
