Today has got to be one of the best days of my life. Today was the day my crush had finally asked me out. Today was the day Jasper and I were no longer just friends, we were much more. This news was too big to keep to myself so I decided to go tell my best friend Clarke. I walked into her tent stopping dead in my tracks finding her and my brother Bellamy doing it! Right in front of my eyes.
"ewwwwwwwww oh my gosh!!!!" I exclaimed "I'm so excited for you too but ewwwww" I added, referring to my long term ship of them too.
"ahh sorry Mae!" they both squealed, covering themselves up with the sheets
"Well seeing as your both here I might as well tell you together" I said,
"You're not pregnant are you!!?" Bellamy exclaimed angrily
"NO!" I yelled embarrassed he would think that,
"Well what it is then" Clarke pushed,
"Jasper asked me out! And I said yes!" I smiled brightly, excited.
"Yes finally! Maesper is real!!" Clarke yelled happily but was soon interrupted by my brothers yelling
"WHAT NO! I DO NOT APPROVE OF THIS RELATIONSHIP!" his face was hot red with anger,
"Excuse me?" I asked finding it hard to comprehend what was happening,
"You heard me, you're not dating Jasper" he relied fuming
"And what makes you think you can make my decisions for me?" I answered getting angrier by the minute
"Maybe because I'm your older brother and I'm trying to protect you!"
"From what!?" I snapped
"From getting hurt!"
"Oh so now you're going to protect me, now you don't want me to get hurt! Where were you when they locked me up! You didn't even visit me! So you can't stop me from getting hurt if you're the one who hurts me the most!" tears where streaming down my face as I stormed out of the tent, heading out the front gate of our camp, wandering off into the woods.
It had been hours since I had left the camp without a look back but it was starting to get dark now and I had no idea off how to get home. I searched for many more hours but finally gave up and sat on a nearby log. I sat there for god knows how long thinking of the way I spoke to Bellamy and how nothing I said was true and how he has protected me since I was little. There was a sudden burst of pain in the back of my head and I fell face first into the ground. There was so much pain shooting pain I could barely register what was happening until I saw Jasper's face come into view,
"Mae you need to stay with me" he said picking me up "it's going to be alright, you're going to be okay. You just need to keep your eyes open" he said soothingly as he ran through the woods with me in his arms. Everything was going by as a blur and the pain in my head was expanding.
"Look Mae we're back, you're doing so well. Just hold on a little longer" I lifted my head out of his chest and saw we were entering the gate of camp, blurring figures came running up to Jasper and I
"Oh god Mae, I'm so sorry" I heard on whimpered, who I realized was Bellamy.
"It's okay" I whispered softly, managing to form some words,
"Jasper bring her into her tent" I heard Clarke say, as Jasper and Bellamy followed her into my tent; placing me on my bed. Clarke check me over, bandaging my bloody head before she declared I had a concussion but other than that I should be fine. She then left the room dragging Bellamy with her leaving me alone with Jasper.
"I'm so glad you're okay" he said kissing my forehead before standing up to leave,
"Wait, please stay with me" I managed to say, whimpering at the pain.
"Okay" he replied before slipping under the covers beside me.
"Thank you"
"For what?" he asked
"For saving me" I replied, feeling him kiss the back of my head before I fell asleep.
------3 weeks later-----
I had fully recovered about a week ago but I hadn't been feeling well lately, so I decided to go to Clarke to see if she could check me out,
"Mae I think your pregnant, I mean you have all the symptoms and your stomach is forming a tiny bump" she said "when was the last time you had sex?"
"Well ahh" I flushed embarrassed "about 2, 2 and a half weeks ago"
"Oh my gosh I'm so excited for you!" she smiled widely,
"Well I know someone who definitely won't be" I frowned,
"Don't worry about Bell, he will come around eventually and will be the best uncle to your little baby and Jasper will be a great father" she said reassuringly
"Oh my gosh, this is so exiting but scary at the same time" I smiled for the first time since I heard the news.
"Can I please be the God mother?" Clarke pleaded,
"Yes of course!" I laughed, hugging her.
-----Time skip------
I stood in front of both Bellamy and Jasper with Clarke by my side preparing to tell them the exciting news.
"Well um so" I started off nervously
"Come on sis, spit it out" Bellamy tried lighting the mood,
"I'm pregnant!" I said quickly, looking down at my feet
"Fucking hell Mae!" I heard Bellamy say before I heard a small bang. I looked up to see Jasper on the floor holding his nose and Bellamy with his fist in a ball.
"BELLAMY STOP!" I yelled standing in the middle of him and Jasper.
"I'm sorry Mae, I'm really happy for you I just really badly wanted to punch him.
"Oh god" I laugh. Bellamy hugged me, congratulating us as we watching Clarke fix us the father to be's nose
