⚠POSSIBLE TRIGGER WARNING!⚠

AJ was at the doctor's, things have been wrong with her. She's finally going to find out what it was.

The doctor walked in, "Ms. Mendez how are you?"

"Fine." She looked down, but she wasn't.

"We know what's wrong now." The doctor organized papers on his desk.

AJ looked up, "What is it?"

He look a deep breath, "Look, this is going to be hard for you."

It's bad. Something's wrong and it's bad.

"Just tell me." Her voice quiet.

"Ms. Mendez, I'm very sorry. You have lung cancer."

Tears prickled in her eyes, "How? I've never smoked a day in my life."

"Something's in life don't have explanations. I'm truly sorry." He stared at her with sorrow in his eyes.

"Is there a cure?" She crossed her fingers.

He sighed, "I'm afraid not."

AJ nodded and left.

Her husband divorced her, family abandoned her, friend betrayed her.

Why me? Of all the people, me. It's always me.

•••

Today was her last day at WWE ever. She didn't have a match. She couldn't have a match even if she wanted. No one knew what was wrong. Not that anyone cared.

AJ walked out, for the last time. The last time in her life. Forever.

Before she could even talk Nikki came out.

"Save it AJ." She said walking down the ramp, "No one gives a shit what you have to say."

AJ was about to announce that she has cancer and this happens?

The lump in her throat prevented her from talking.

"What's wrong AJ? Cat got your tongue?"

She remained silent, fighting back tears.

"Why don't you understand no one here cares about you? You and your pathetic self. Why don't you just die? Oh AJ, are you crying?"

Nikki slapped AJ as hard as she could.

Breathing began hard for AJ, she walked out of the ring, stumbling.

Inhaling with no exhale. Her eyes became heavy. Her heart beat was slow.

She walked with daze.

Then she passed out. Her breathing stopped. Her heart stopped. Her life stopped.

AJ was gone.

People huddled around her, it was everyone at Raw that evening. Camera men, announcers, referees, superstars, divas crowded around her.

A doctor gave her CPR and tried to save her. But he couldn't.

The doctor stood up and turned to the crowd, "She's gone."

Gasps and whispers filled the circle.

AJ was not liked by many, but she will not be forgotten.

And this was the end.

The end of AJ Lee.
