{Lucas's Point Of View}
It's been 4 hours since Melissa left I hope she's alright. Then the phone rang. Melissa's mother picked it up.
"Hello" she says. "What oh my god. We will be right there or you know what meet us at the hospital. Ok bye" then she starts sobbing. I walk over to her and hug her. "Christina whats wrong"
"Mrs. Sebastion (Delilah's last name) told me that Melissa ran to their house banging on the door screaming for help. Then-Then she fainted" Christina started to cry.
"I'll drive you lets go but wheres Calvin" I ask
"He went with Marcus somewhere they had some business to attend to" she said
"Ok lets go"
We drive to the hospital and see Delilah with her mother waiting for the doctor to come out. Then they see us and motion for us to come over. We walk over and Delilah motions to me to leave them alone and go. So we go to the benches near her room.
"So what happened" I asked confused.
"Well Melissa came when it was starting to get dark. She was banging on the door and my mother let her in. When I looked at Melissa she had bruises all over and a big cut in her hand. She was limping from running on her bad foot I guess" she says sobbing a little. I could tell she was trying not to cry but it just came out
"Then what happened" I asked
"She started panting heavily then dropped on the floor and fainted" Delilah finishes off
"Ok is Melissa's parents here" the doctor asks
"I'm here my husband isn't yet" Christina says
"Actually *pant I made it" Calvin comes running in
"Ok so follow me" the doctor takes them to Melissa's room and lets them in. I figured it would take a while so I sat down.
Christina comes out crying and Calvin is hugging her as they walk. I can tell that he's whispering to her but I can't quite hear it. I walk into Melissa's room. I see her laying on the bed she looks pale and she's got bandages all over her. The doctor said she's alright. He also said she should wake up any minute and to think of it as she's just taking a nap. I walk over to her and hold her hand. Her eyes open.
"Mmm hi Lucas" she says quietly in a hoarse voice. It sounded like how when someone just wakes up how they sound.
"Hi Mel"
"Wow never called me that before" she shows a little smirk but it disappears right after.
"I thought I'd try something new. So I'm gonna go you should rest more"
"Ok bye" Melissa says. I walk out and tell everyone she's awake but she is resting more. The doctors said to leave her. So everyone waited a little longer. After a little bit longer the doctors went to check her and said she can leave whenever she wants. Her parents went to fill out the release papers. I went into the room to help her get ready to leave. We get out and start driving towards her house.
{Melissa's Point Of View}
In the car Lucas tried to talk to me but I said nothing. When we got to the house I went straight to my room and went back to sleep since it was 11:26 at night already. I woke up the next morning got ready and went down to eat breakfast.
"Good morning sweetheart are you feeling better" my mom said
"Yeah" I answered
"Lucas is in the car waiting for you"
"Alright" I finish up then go to the car.
"Good morning" he gives me a kiss.
"Good morning" I kiss him back.
The drive was quiet. We reach school and go to our first class. I caught up on my work. Which I was lucky to catch up on all the stuff I missed. After more classes it's lunch. I go to the bathroom first. When I walk in I see Cecile talking with her friends. If you forgot who she is let me remind you. She's a total bitch. I don't know how she has friends. But she's popular and rich so that's how.
"Oh look what the cat dragged in" she said
"Oh the cat dragged you in way before but since your slow at realizing what's happening you just got it now. Anything else you wanna tell me" I said folding my arms.
"You little bitch" she says
"Ha thats funny cuz I'm not a mirror" I walk out.
"Don't walk away from me" she screamed.
"What does it look like I'm doing" I stopped then turned around back to her "I told you you're slow at realizing things" I laugh then turn back around and keep walking.
"BITCH" she screams
"My back's also not a mirror" I walk to lunch. I see Daniella and Delilah.
"Hey we missed you" Daniella says
"I missed you to" I say hugging them.
"So where's your stalker." Delilah says.
"Haha" I laugh
"Oh there he is" Delilah points to him.
"Hey" Lucas says.
"Hey haven't seen you eighther in a while stalker" Daniella says
"Shhh" me and Delilah tell her
"He isn't supposed to know is he" Daniella says whispering
"No" I whisper back
"Why am I a stalker" he smiles
"It's not a good thing. So I don't know why you're smiling." I replied with sass
"Maybe he doesn't understand why we call him that and he thinks it's good" Delilah says. And we all laugh.
"Why" he asks
"Why what" Daniella says
"Why do you call me that" he asks again
"Because you follow her everywhere she goes" Delilah says
"Cuz I'm her student supervisor" Lucas says
"So you're admitting you're a stalker" we all laugh again
"Wow I need guy friends" Lucas says
"Is there something you're not telling us" I say trying to keep a straight face.
"I don't know" he grabs my face and kisses me. It felt so good and sent sparks through my body. I hate it when he does that all of a sudden but I love it at the same time. "Does that answer you're question" he smirks. I blush and decide to tease him.
"Even a gay guy could've done that" I answer
"Eww Lucas you're gay" Cecile walks over.
"Haha" Daniella, Delilah and I burst out laughing
"What no I'm not" Lucas says annoyed
"Whats wrong with being gay" I ask
"Nothing it's just that if he was gay I wouldn't have a chance with him" she smiles at Lucas
"Haha" I laugh "bitch you don't have a chance with him eighther way"
"Uggghh" she gets annoyed and screams "we will see about that"
"See this is why you shouldn't but yourself into other people's conversations" Daniella says
"Fine whatever" Cecile flips her hair and walks away.
I get up "fine whatever" I say imitating her then I flip my hair and walk away a little.
"Haha" Delilah, Daniella and Lucas laugh.
*rrriiinnnngggg*
Lunch was over.
