It had been almost a month since TL & Skylar and Ness & Lucas had become couples. it had almost been a month since Skylar nearly struck down Toon Link and since then the two couples battled as teams.
"Skylar! Skylar Wake up!" said Toon Link while shaking Skylar's arm gently
"Five more minutes Bro. please." Said Skylar in a sluggish tone
'I know what to do' thought Toon Link
"Skylar get up were going for ice cream." and with that said the fox sat up
"I heard the word ice cream." said Skylar Toon Link was grinning
"i-it worked. well I guess that means I'm paying for ice cream." Said Toon Link as Skylar rushed to get ready which was easier because he was a fox, so he didn't have enough hair to brush and that was something that took Skylar 10 minutes to do before.
"Alright let's go." said Skylar as Toon Link grabbed his sword and put it in it's sheath while Skylar grabbed his cloth bracelets used to summon his dual blades. as soon as they were ready they left.
"I wonder where Ness and Lucas are." said Skylar while they walked out of the smash mansion
"oh they probably went off to do something together like always." said Toon Link to Skylar.
Meanwhile......
"a-are you sure it's safe up here Ness?" asked Lucas as he held onto Ness for dear life
"Of course it's safe have I ever been wrong?" said Ness awaiting Lucas' response
"well n-not that I know Ness." Said Lucas as Ness held him in a sweet way. Lucas gave Ness a kiss on the cheek, as they sat on the roof of the smash mansion.
"I wonder what Skylar and TL are doing." said Lucas
"I think I see them walking towards the ice cream shop." said Ness Lucas looked and sure as hell it was them
"Ice cream sounds good let's go Ness." said Lucas using his PSI abilities to get down, Ness soon followed. the two boys tried to sneak up but they forgot Skylar was a fox and had great hearing. Skylar turned around as soon as he heard something, but Toon Link didn't even hear it.
"Who's the-...oh it's you two." said Skylar TL turned around
"Oh hai, you two we were just wondering where you were." said TL as Ness and Lucas joined them, on their walk to the ice cream shop. the group looked around the area and saw a beautiful scenery. Lucas and Skylar walked ahead a bit and were talking
"But isn't it annoying having tails?" asked Lucas to Skylar
"Not really I grew up with them. so not waking up to a tail in your face was kind of weird to me. I mean I'm a fox so I'm used to having a tail or in my case tails." said Skylar Toon Link looked focused in Ness' opinion of course he was going through his wallet to be sure he had enough rupees Ness hoping the same thing but with Money not Rupees.
after a little while longer they made it to the ice cream shop. little did they know that they were being followed. but by who? A new smasher who Master hand planned on introducing later that day. Her name was Kitty secretly an assassin hired to kill Toon Link but fate had other plans in store for her and The others. (Keep in mind Ness loves Lucas and vice versa and Skylar like Toon Link vice versa. Kitty by the way is the underdog of the five. hired by MJ_THE_WOLF'S OC.) "YAY! Were here. C'mon Toon let's go!" Exclaimed Skylar as he bolted towards the ice cream stand little did they know that Pikapro also known as Kitty was disguised as the ice cream vendor.
"what can I get for you two?" she asks Toon Link and Skylar
"I'll have the strawberry vanilla soft serve." said Skylar " I'll have a strawberry chocolate soft serve." said Toon Link
"okay small, medium or large?" asked Kitty
"Two mediums." said Toon Link
"okay your payment method?" asked Kitty
"Rupees." said TL flatly "okay let's see your total comes up to 55 Rupees." said Kitty and Toon link grabbed a purple and blue Rupee to pay for the ice creams. the two waited and finally got their ice creams
"Yay Ice cream time." said Skylar in a very childish manner then he drops the ice cream
"Aww..." said Skylar sadly he looked up to see Toon Link offer his ice cream to him
'Danmmit I'm killing the wrong person now.' thought Kitty as she had secretly put poison in the ice cream. the four happily walked back to the Smash mansion. All eating ice cream save for TL who gave his to Skylar.
"this tastes familiar." said Skylar
"of course it does it's ice cream." said Ness
"No not like that I mean like poison." said Skylar TL was shocked
"What!?!" Tl exclaimed "oh yeah..... I've been poisoned so many time that I'm immune to it so it's harmless.... save for the fact that I may vomit due to it." Said Skylar as they walked more they heard a loud
"*WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?" and they turned around ready to strike.
