"Hello?" I heard his calm voice
I hung up. There's no point. He would of forgotten about me by now.

It's been a few weeks, Sadie is still her normal self, going to parties most weekends, wasting her life away
"Hey mum! Look at this!" Sadie shouted from the living room
I walked in to see her watching the news on tv
"John Lennon was spotted at his ex wife's house, visiting his son Julian Lennon this morning in Liverpool." The news reporter said
"Mum holy shit! John Lennon is here in Liverpool" Sadie said
"Language!" I frowned "And since when have you been into John Lennon?" I asked curiously
She laughed "I don't like him, his music is shit. I just thought it was pretty cool that he was in the same city as us, you like his music though don't ya?"
"He's okay I suppose"
I looked at the time 7:45, "Oi come on anyway, get yourself to school"
Sadie groaned as she turned off the tv and stood up grabbing her school bag and opening the door
"See ya later"
"Don't be late home" I said as she walked off.

What the fuck? John was in Liverpool, shit. How long is he going to be here for? What if we see each other? Will he even remember me? What if Sadie stumbles across him and brings him to me? Fuck. My mind was going crazy, my thoughts were all spinning around in my head, causing me to have a headache.
I needed to get out of the house. But I also needed to avoid John. Hmm maybe he's on his way back to New York by now. I hope so at least.

I sat at the local cafe, finishing my coffee. I went back up to the counter to order another one, I waited patiently as the man made my coffee, it wasn't very busy in the cafe today so I guess I could just relax in peace and drink a shit load of coffee. He gave me my drink and I payed him before turning around when out of no where a man walked straight into me, making me spill my hot coffee all over my clothes
"Oh shit, I'm sorry love" he said
I looked down at my now stained clothes.
"It's fine don't worry about it" I said before looking up, making eye contact with this man
I froze
"Prudence?" He said
"John"
