"I love you" my boyfriend of three months said as we laid in bed together
"I love you too Andy" I spoke softly as I got up out of bed and got dressed
"I'm going to make some breakfast, I'll see you downstairs" I said and he nodded as I left and went downstairs.
Sadie was downstairs eating before she had to leave for school
"Morning Sadie" I said as I started pouring some cereal for myself.
"Hi Mum, you good?" She asked
"Yeah I'm fine thanks you?"
"Not bad other than I've got shitty school"
"Language" I reminded her
Me and Sadie had been getting on a lot better than before, I think Andy may have had an influence on her, he's the only fatherly figure she's ever had.
"What you done to your arm?" She asked as she carried on eating. I looked down at my arm, seeing the large purple bruise.
"I think I banged it on the cupboard the other day" I said
Sadie nodded and took her plate to the kitchen before saying goodbye and leaving for school.

"Did you do me breakfast babe?" Andy said walking into the kitchen
"Oh, no I'll do it now though" I said beginning to stand up
He sighed.
"No just leave it, I'm gonna be late for work" he said while walking to the front door
"Bye I love-" but he slammed the door shut before I could finish my sentence.

It was half 10 at night, Sadie came home earlier and then went out as she is staying at her friends house tonight, I was watching tv when I heard the front door open and slam shut. Andy stumbles into the room, clearly he had a few too many to drink.
"Hey Pru" He slurred
I stood up and went over to him "Andy why have you been drinking? You've been at work"
I felt his hands slide down to my waist
"I didn't go cause you pissed me off" he paused and smirked "but I'm not mad anymore baby" he started kissing my neck
"Andy not right now" I said as I pushed him off me.
He grabbed my arm and pulled me closer to him.
"Let go" I said trying to pull my arm out of his grip
"No we're going upstairs" he said pulling me out of the room and up the stairs to our bedroom.
He shut the bedroom door and started kissing down my neck, leading me to our bed.
"Andy please, your scaring me" I stuttered trying to push him away
He grabbed my arms and said "don't be scared Pru, I love you so much" before continuing kissing me
"Andy!" I almost screamed as a couple of tears fell from my eyes.
He stopped instantly and let go of my arms
He looked up at me, and wiped my tears away making me flinch.
"Baby I'm sorry, I didn't mean that. I just wasn't thinking." He stuttered
"I just want to sleep" I said quietly before laying down facing away from him and closing my eyes. I felt him get into bed next to me, wrapping his arm around my waist gently.
"You know I love you" he whispered
There was a short silence before I said "I love you too"
