I sat on the grass, head in a book as always, when suddenly I heard Snape scream. I looked up, then rolled my eyes. James was levitating Snape, and a massive crowd of giggling female admirers were watching in awe of this brave, handsome boy. James hooked Severus to the tree branch by his trousers and the girls cheered wildly. Basking in the attention, James showed his muscles and flicked his hair. I looked up as the girls suddenly wandered off and one girl sidled up to James.
She was BEAUTIFUL. Her cascading red curls were being fiercely blown to one side, her hands were on her hips and her green eyes were blazing furiously. I took one look at Lily Evans, and fell in love.
