Chapter 8 - Lily

the next week go by normal making homework and having hours except I got my gift a Nimbus 2105 the fastest broom ever existed, so I gave Jess my Nimbus 2103

"look" I say, me and Jess sit in the common room and make our homework. when I see someone hanging the list of quidditch teams, when the quidditch battles are going to be played and the list of Hogsmeade days is on the noticeboard

we quickly go up to it, I take the list of teams and one of the battle list

list of battles:

4th December Gryffindor vs. Slytherin

11th December Hufflepuff vs. Ravenclaw

19th February Ravenclaw vs. Gryffindor

26th February Hufflepuff vs. Slytherin

23th April Gryffindor vs. Hufflepuff

30th April Slytherin vs. Ravenclaw

"the other teams is good but Hufflepuff have a lot of new players, Ravenclaw shifted leader, Slytherin is the same as last year except their seeker. We should have a chance, but we have to beat Slytherin first that's not good, however that's the tradition, slytherin and griffendor opens the season. but if I can train the team good in of we can beat them all" I mutter to myself as I'm done reading the lists

"Jess want to go with me I'm going to professor Longbottoms office" I ask

"course why?"

"Need to ask if he can reserve the quidditch field for me every Wednesday to training"

"let's go" Jess say

we walk down to professor Longbottoms office in a comfortable silence. I knock at his door

"it's open" he say so we walk in "may I help you Lily"

"yes actually I wanted to hear if you can reserve the training field every Wednesday to Gryffindor professor"

"don't be so formal Lily it's just me"

"sorry but can you"

"of course"

"thanks" I say and we leave

"well done Lily" Jess say

"it was easy you know him he will do everything so we can beat the others"
