Ch.21- the story

Y/N POV

I wake up and see that Mal is gone I walk out into the living room to see that she wrote me a note saying that the team had a practice and that they will be back at 3. I look at the clock and see that it says 1 "damn I slept in late" I said talking to myself. I decide to make some lunch and watch tv. Before I knew it it was 3 and Mal, Lauren, Kelley, Hope and Pinoe walk in.

"Hey how was practice?" I asked and they said it was fine. They sit down on the couch and were watching the news when a segment about me comes on I don't really pay attention to it but I hear the last few words the reporter says "Spidey may be the best hero ever" and they go to a different story.

"Hey Y/N what made you become a hero?" Pinoe asked and I could tell that Mal felt me tense up.

"Umm well I don't really like to talk about it but uh I became a hero because of my uncles death" I said looking down

"What happened?" She continued

"Well it all started when I first got my powers. I was talking to this girl I used to like when she got distracted by her boyfriend and his new fancy car. So I deciding to try to impress her decide to look for a car and I found one in the newspaper for 3,000 dollars, I also found an ad that said "in a need for money last 3 minutes in the ring with bone saw and get 3,000" and me having my powers I decided that my chances were pretty good so I made a costume and entered the contest". I started
                   *flashback*
I stepped into the ring and all of a sudden the cage on top of the ring started to close

"Hey listen there's some kind of mistake I didn't sign up for a cage match hey unlock the thing take the chain off" I said to the worker who ignored me and kept locking the cage

"Hey freak show your going no where I got you for 3 minutes, 3 minutes of play time" Bone saw said. The bell rang and he charged at me so I jump up causing him to run face first into the side of the cage. He gets up and looks at me

"What are you doing up there" he yells

"Staying away from you, that's a cute outfit did your husband give it to you" I said teasing him. His face turns red and he starts yell and jumps to try to pull me down but I do a flip and land behind him. He charges again and I shoot webs at the top of the cage and pull myself over him while he fell again.

He gets up and one of his lady friends hands him a chair but I didn't know so I turned around to be met by a chair to the head. He hits me 3 more times before the chair brakes.

The crowd starts cheering his name and he picks me up and slams be against the cage twice. Another one of his friends hands him a crowbar and tells him to kick my ass.

He goes to hit me but I kick him in the chest multiple times then I start to kick him in the face and he stumbles back he goes to hit me again but I kick him over me and into the side of the cage with him landing on his head knocking him out.

The crowd starts cheering my name and the cage is lifted and the ref comes in to raise my hand. I'm taken backstage to get my 3g but when I get there the man only gives me 100 dollars. I pick it up and look at it

"Now get outta here" he man says shooing me while he counts his money

"100 bucks the ad said 3000"

"Well check it again web head it said 3 grand for 3 minutes and you pined him in 2 for that I give you 100 and your lucky to get that" he spat at me

"I need that money" I said getting mad

"I missed the part where that's my problem" he said looking at me

I look at him in disbelief then I walk out as another guy walks in. I walk down to the elevator and press the button while I do so I hear someone yell "hurry up" so I look behind me and see the shadow of a man hit the other man.
