Ari POV
Shopping.

Something I don't like but can easily put up with it. Shopping with Lindsay is easy and she's so simple.

"So, who are you crushing on?" She asked linking her arm in mine.

"Uh, no one." Utter lie. "No one interests me." Lies just slip out. What can I say?

"Liar. I can even tell you like Aston. I'm surprised Michael and Ashton can't!" She exclaimed laughing loudly.

"What!?" I asked shocked stuttering slightly. "How - what - you."

"The way you look at him. The way you talk about him so passionately. The way you react when he brings girls like me home. It's hard to see the one you like with someone, but you can't expect them to just know Ari. There boys, they need things written out in the sky with huge lettering and a big party."

"I can't tell him, he won't like me and then he'll tell mikey."

"Is Ashton really like that though Ari? Would he do that?" She looked at me intensely as I heard small giggles erupt from behind me.

I looked behind me and saw Ashton walking with Calum to the cd store. I wanted to say hello but I couldn't find it in myself.

"Yoohoo, Earth to Ari!"

I looked up and saw Ashton clicking his long fingers in front of my face whilst Calum spoke to Lindsay.

"Oh," I laughed shakily. "Hey ash, sorry, I was uh-"

"Not all there? I know." I laughed as he laughed with me.

"Lindsay said you wanted to talk to me."

"No, I don't." I quickly said looking at her evilly.

"Aw, shame." He smiled cheekily. "Did mike tell you that we're all going to the summer house soon? About one week. You're coming to I guess." He shrugged staring at me intently.

"I guess I will be." I nodded. "But he hasn't asked yet."

"It'll be fun anyway. I'm taking the girls because I'm the safest driver and Calum is taken the boys."

"Who's going?" I asked shocked to see him counting on his hands.

"Well ... Sage, you, Lindsay, Kimberly, Larissa and Josie. The boys are ... Luke, Calum, me, Michael, Aaron and Parker."

"Who's Aaron and Parker? Oh and who's Kimberly and Josie?"

"Some good friends of ours. You'll love them." He smiled reassuringly. "Besides, you know Josie and Kimberly, you just don't know them personally." He winked.

"For god sake Ashton." I huffed rolling my eyes. "I'll see you later."

...

"Michael!" I yelled as I headed up the stairs.

I saw Mike in his room packing a suitcase and his music blared out his speakers as he grabbed more and more clothes.

"Mike!" I yelled louder making him jump.

"Oh hey ari, sorry didn't see you there."

"Why are you packing?" I asked confused.

"Well, the camping trip has been moved forwards."

"Camping? I thought we were staying in a house?"

"Well we are," he nodded shoving his last item in his bag. "But anyway, we're leaving tonight. Now."

I looked at him shocked before hearing sage and Larissa barging in the house with the sound of there suitcases dragging along the floor.

"I've packed your stuff, so we can head out now." He added before walking out.

I looked at the stairs and saw him carrying my suitcase down and a bag full of my stuff before running back up and grabbing his own stuff.

I walked down the stairs and took my coat off the peg and ran too the car to meet the others.

"What about mom?" I asked closing the back door.

That's when I realised I was in the car with sage, Larissa and two girls I didn't know with Ashton in the driver seat.

"Oh," I looked around shocked. "I didn't realise you'd be here."

"You're mom will be fine, she knows we're going and she'll check on us in three weeks." Ashton laughed as he started the car up.

"How long are we going for!?"

"Six weeks babe."

The way Ashton said babe made my heart melt. It made my stomach collide with the outside of my mouth and all I could think of was what would it be like if he was mine. All mine.

...

"Road trip!" Kimberly yelled opening her window wide as she pushed her body out.

"Kimberly, don't get hit!" Ash yelled loudly making her hit her head in shock.

"Fuck you Ashton." She mumbled hitting his arm hard.

I sat back in my chair and stared out the window. Sage kept pocking me and telling me to cheer up but I couldn't. I just couldn't. I felt quit depressed because I hated being away from my mom and I'm sure Michael was being a twat with the boys. This trip wasn't as fun I bet.

...

We pulled over to get gas but everyone decided they were hungry or needed to pee so we pulled into a break stop.

I was sitting on a wall swinging my legs and resting my arms behind me on the grass as the wall dug into my under legs.

"Clifford, what's up?"

I looked up and saw Ashton running over to me holding peanut butter and chips.

"The sky." I replied ignoring his tuts and huffs.

"Missing you're big bro and mommy?" He laughed ignoring the fact it was true. I looked down and fiddled with my hands. "Wait, are you?"

"Yeah, I am. I'd rather be with them than you boring idiots." I snapped.

"Whoa, harsh." He mumbled fiddling with his hair.

"Fuck you. I'm going to swap places with Luke." I jumped off the wall and walked over to where Michael was stood. "Mike? Can I swap places with Luke for the ride?"

"Why?" Michael asked hesitantly as Luke joined.

"Because I want to be with you guys not them. I don't know half of them. Please?" I begged.
