At times when you're annoyed out of your mind and you feel like you wanna destroy your pillow, just do this:

1) Punch your pillow anyway
2) Maybe scream into your pillow too
3) Talk to a friend (Bros x)
4) Take a deep breath in and then breath out
5) Just breathe and try not to think about who is annoying you.
