JustAnotherSpelunkerIf you're struggling with something and your parents are part of the problem then this is for you.
It's normal to get upset but don't let it consume you. Get a diary and vent out the anger or sadness or any other emotion you're feeling. If it's your parents then sit down and calmly discuss it. I know it's hard but sometimes it works out for the better.
Lastly, if that fails then let things calm down. Just be as nice and calm as possible. Things should cool down and the Sun will come out again.
