"(Y/N), you ready to go?" I said after a long day's work.

"Yup, just gonna finish a few things." She replied.

I noticed Max and Tim ready to leave as well.

Max approached me. "Hey man, can I talk to you for a second?" He said, looking a bit nervous.

We walked to my office, and I shut the door behind us. I sat down in my office chair, and he stayed standing.

"Look, we both know that I'm gonna start uploading soon." He started.

"Yeah.." I replied, confused.

"And I've been planning to get my whole office set up soon." He continued.

"Riiiight..." I replied, still confused.

"Well I was planning on doing that, but not...here." He finished.

I raised an eyebrow.

"Really?" I replied.

He looked a bit confused.

"Yeah...that wasn't the reaction I'd expected. Are you alright Ross?" He said, suspicious.

"Yeah I'm fine, it's just...I've been considering leaving too. I just don't wanna crush (Y/N)." I replied, scratching the back of my head.

"Yeah, me neither." He replied.

I looked at him.

"What?" I said, standing up.

His eyes widened.

"What's that expression for bud?" I said as I walked a bit closer.

I heard him gulp.

"You really care about her don't you?" I said as I stood next to him.

He didn't reply.

"Well guess what?" I said, not moving.

He slowly looked at me, fear in his eyes.

"What...?" He said, then squinted. .

"So do I." I replied.

He stayed squinted, expecting a punch to the face.

"You've been flirting with her haven't you? You've been trying to make her like you, HAVEN'T YOU?" I said, stepping forward, causing him to jump back.

As he started talking, I kept walking towards him.

"Ross, listen. I don't wanna split you guys up. It was a dumb crush, I'm over her now. Ross!" He said, frightened.

He was against the wall, I was about a foot away from him.

"She's mine, alright? I love her to death, and I love you like a brother. Please don't make me change that." I said, not moving anymore.
