Here's the thing about apologizing.
They could be lying without you realizing.
You've been deceived because you wanted to believe.
But that's what you get for being so naive.
You think that if you say it's okay,
All you're troubles will go away.
But at night you find yourself crying,
Because deep down you know you're dying.
"Stop crying. You're big and strong."
That's what you've been told all along.
No one can see your soft side
Just because someone lied.
Your troubles are in the past.
It's time to make your happiness last.
But as you fall apart,
You listen to your heart.
And soon you will see,
This is the start of recovery.
