But what if that was all a lie? What if Isaac Lahey wasn't Isaac Lahey, but Isaac Fairchild? What if his mother sent him to Beacon Hills to protect him? All of that true, and he found out by a ring, and the help of Chris Argent.
Going to Brooklyn to find his family, Isaac finds family in the Frays. But on Clary's eighteenth birthday, he's brought back into the world he left in Beacon Hills. And maybe falls in love again, but this time to last.
