Advocate is the response to Entry #15.
Its description is "00110111", which decode to "7"; a reference to Entry #7, since the footage is a distorted version of Brian in that entry. Also, this suggests that probably ToTheArk was the one that sent an "anonymous tip" to Jay in Entry #16.
At the beginning flashes the writing "tick tock", which probably means that there isn't so much time left. Also in this video appears the sort of S or ς in the right upper corner.
The audio seems to be a distorted voice saying "leave now".
