Its description is "blind".
"MESSAGES EVERYWHERE", "SIGNS EVERYWHERE" and "YOU WILL NEVER BE FREE" appear on the screen.
The numbers at the end decode to "HE LIES". "He" could refer to Tim.
Also the baby doll can be seen in Entry #62, in the shack where Jay wakes up.
