Broadcast is the response to Entry #35.
Its description is "are you drowning", another reference to water and the biblical flood.
The audio seems to be a heavily distorted recording of a voice, saying "Enjoing watching you suffer. Do you know me? I will always know you."
The footage looks like a filming of the water's reflex in a pool.
Also, this is another video where appears that sort of S or a ς, this time is on the white figure near the right upper edge of the frame.
