"You lied." I was shake awake by that same feeling of cold hands.
"What'samatter?" I mumble as I begin to wake up.
"You betrayed me. I have had enough of people betraying me!!!" She screams.
"Yousneedtogetyourangerundercontrol." I yawn and rub my eyes.
"I will make you pay for this. I do not need you lying to me! I trusted you to help me!"
"And you forced me into a deal!" I say quietly, trying not to wake up the rest of the house. It was 5 am. I look around and grab my phone.
"Listen to me. You do not want to cross my path. Especially if it means stopping me from getting the revenge I deserve!"
It's quiet again and I can only assume she is gone. I fall back asleep and wake up around 10 am to my phone ringing. I open my phone and see that I have missed 12 text messages from my mum. And four phone calls.

Emma says your not in trouble by the way
Something happened.
Why aren't you awake yet.

I clumsily pick up the phone and press the dial button.
"Hello?" I say sleepily.
"Hi. Where have you been that you have t been answering?" She says.
"asleep."
"Till 10?"
"Yeah. Teenagers need a lot of sleep."
"Yeah sure. Anyways did you hear heat happened?"
"No. What did?"
"We had a house fire." Immediately I am awake. I sit up and open my eyes.
"What?"
"Yeah no one is hurt but we lost part of he house."
"How did this happen?"
"The firemen don't know. They said it started this morning around like 3:30 am." No. It couldn't be. Please don't have any part in this.
"I'll call you back mum. I need a moment to process this."
"Alright. Love you sweetie." I hung up.
"Clarissa!"
"Yes?"
"Say you had nothing to do with that house fire at my mums." I growl.
"I cannot."
"Why." My heart skipped a beat as she began to speak. I knew the answer but I wanted to hear her say it.
"Because I was the one who set your house on fire."
