He seems to like me but what should I do?

Alex,                                                                              

                       I'm a first timer here and my friends mentioned you if i neeeded any advice. My computer is acting up and i dont know if my other message sent trough, so im trying again. My friends said you were really great at giving advice so i'm here now. The thing is i'm really shy at school and there's this guy at school who is outgoing and popular. We talked a couple times.He asked to borrow somehing or he said that he was trying to start a conversation when we were working together in a group project. He's also picked things up for me a couple of times. i know i cant think everything is a sign but now were glancing at eachother and sometimes our eyes will meet and just the way he looks at meo r whoever seems different.Ii know i shouldnt jump to being in a relationship but i want to be friends with him at least. i dont want to start off saying hi because he will probably think its weird because weve had classes together for a year and a half and i cant just say hi all of a sudden.Please help! i'm confused on what to do.

Actually it isn't weird to just say hi. You guys seem to want to get to know each other, so just do it. Even if it is weird, be a little daring and do something outside of what you should normally do. Trust me if this guy is picking stuff up for you and all that and even glancing or looking your way with a different look thats normal when looking at others, even starting convos, he will appreciate the little hi and know that your willing to meet him half way. So just go ahead and do that and see how that goes c: I'm sure it would do fine cx
