Well you ask them if they like you or have someone else ask who they have a crush on or something like that. Or you can tell just by how that boy acts around you. If they tend to look at you a lot, face towards you when they are speaking, tend to do these little random acts of kindness out of no where, tend to want to spend a lot of time with you, and just a lot can give it off. If you asked a boy this question they would tell you that they wouldn't know because boys are confusing lol which they kinda are xD
