Hi, me AGAIN. Don't worry, I'm not here with my petty boy problems this time, he thought I was a stalker anyway -_-. This time I'm here for parent advice (please.) So my dad, you see, he likes to TELL life lessons. And basically repeat my mother all the time, and go back on his word and say it different, because it sounds to me like he wants me to be a stereotype, working lady that doesn't stray from the norm at all. But here is the thing, I AM NOT NORMAL. I want to homeschool my kids, marry Niall Horan, play piano concerts for a living, and live happily ever after in the Irish country. Lol, not happening. ANYWAY. I need help dealing with him, and telling him in a way that I can properly comunicate, being I am severely introverted and socially retarded, and super irritable by the people I'm stuck with for the next week and a half (xmas break... Yay...?) Can you please help?

hmm well I'd tell him what you aspire to be, your dreams, and your goals.. making it known that you have something planned for yourself yet respect his lessons that he's been teaching you. You can still listen and stuff to what he says but at the end of the day it's your life and it's what you make it out to be.
