Why can't some guys see the true beauty in girls?

Dear Alex,

I always seem to start to like a guy and I think they all like me and its going well. Then, somebody else prettier (and totally fake) always comes in and takes him away. I get so jealous! It's not like I'm gross. I'm skinny, healthy, loyal, honest, not ugly, and I'm easy going. I don't know why guys always fall for the fake girls. Why can't they see the true beauty in girls?

If the guy that you like can't see true beauty in a girl then that guy really isn't worth your time or doesn't really need to be in your life. The right guy will fall for you and your beauty no matter how many girls try to get in between you two. So I actually asked a guy this question who's close to me and is a really good guy who isn't like the guys your liking .-. but he said this ". Cause some guys are blinded by society. Only a real man will see the true beauty and take the time to see what's in a girl. Some don't because they juss wanna look good and have a girl that's the prettiest to make them look good."

I totally agree and he's really on point with it too. I think that's why so many complain over getting hurt and stuff. It's because everyone is looking for the wrong thing in people. That's why everyone ends up with the wrong person.
