Funeral was a small ceremony. Only the close friends and family were invited. People spoke very highly of Hannah. Many cried, some stayed quiet. For most it came as a shock.

Her students had filled her office with cards and flowers. Almost everyday candles were lit outside it. Notes and pictures used to hang on door of her office.

People visited her grave regularly. Flowers always covered the concrete stone that laid over her body.

Everyone who visited her always saw a man, dressed in black with a stubble growing for what looked two weeks or so. His face always blotchy from all the tears shed for his wife. He sat there, sometimes slept on mud that was now getting covered with grass. Some used to talk him, others pitied him.

Aiden mourned for weeks. Everyday he would wake up and visit his wife. He would come back late at night, sometimes drunk, sometimes sober.

Hannah's parents started taking care of the baby. The baby Aiden had left at the hospital. The baby Aiden refused to even look at.

No matter how much the girl cried, her voice never reached Aiden's ears. He never even entered the nursery where she slept.

All he did was grieved for his long gone wife.
