Greetings my gorgeous readers I cannot begin to start apologising for how long it has been since I last posted. I was too preoccupied with studies that I haven't written in quite a while. I hope you find this chapter satisfactory, and that you continue to be loyal readers and like and comment. ;)

I called a driver who was in the area and went home to shower.
I tried my hardest to keep my arm dry and struggled afterwards to pull a baggy top over it. The wound was tender and inconvenient at least. I pulled on washed out ripped skinny jeans and went about the flat cleaning up the mess, my hibernation had created. An array of dirty dishes, unwashed clothing, photos and documents covered the floors and my furniture. In between all that I ate left over Chinese for dinner, so I could take pain medication.

I was on my way back into my bedroom when there was a knock at my door. I grabbed my gun and looked through the eye hole before opening the door with my gun outstretched in the visitor's face.

"When you rock up to my house a warning is preferred, unless you want to get shot in the face." I said letting Toby in before closing the door behind him and bolting it shut.

"Make yourself at home, I'm gonna get the paper work." I said walking into the bedroom and unlocking my safe. I pulled out a pile of paper and walked back into the room, to drop it on my living room table.

"Sit down." I ordered sitting in my chair. I sifted through the papers and grabbed a document out then handing it to him, after he took the safest seat in the living room, the seat furthest from me.

"What's this?" He asked flipping through with confusion.

"It's a portion of the information you need to know about the operation we run here." I sighed.

While he looked through the documents I picked up my phone, to see the three new documents I had received from, Tank, Timothy and Frank.
I opened Frank's first, it was the roughs on Alice's new papers, I forwarded it to my printer and opened the additional attachment which turned out to be the details of the house now in my name.
I forwarded those to Tali and sent a thank you to Frank.

I opened Timothy's next, it all the information he had collected on Carter Verone. Apparently, he was pretty rich and never been charged only accused of crimes including laundering money and smuggling drugs. Timothy had found out about an undercover U.S Customs agent working a case on him, a Monica Fuentes. There were also two others on the inside, but they weren't cops. After reading the names I had to give my brain a minute to process before reading the names again. A Roman Pierce and a Brian O'Conner. What was Brian doing working with customs, I had thought that after the crimes he committed letting Dom escape that he would forever be done with law enforcement?

That thought quickly flew by, after I remembered the reason I was collecting all this information. If Owen ended up deciding to fly to Miami to lend Verone a hand, there would be a high chance of Brian ending up killed. I knew that there was no way I was going to allow that to happen, which meant I had to somehow, step into this situation, before it blew out of control and into my own backyard.

I dialled Tali.

"Hey babe, already finished the thing you wanted me to do. What's up?" Tali started.

"I need you to do me another favour." I winced while asking, I felt bad for her having to deal with my demands and others in headquarters.

"Is it to do with the mission?" She asked, not sounding fazed in the slightest.

"Yes." I answered walking over to the kitchen bench.

"Then it isn't a favour, it's my job. What's up?" She asked.
