POV: Jin
"So... are we official, then?" Jimin broke the short silence, looking at me nervously. "Like, I mea-"

"We can be, if you want to," I just said nonchalantly, sipping on my drink until I had finished it. "But, I kind of just met you, I've known you less than a week."

"Yeah, I guess that's true," he mumbled. "But I like you."

"You do, eh? I do, too, I like you too, Jiminie," I smiled.

I looked at the time. We've been talking non-stop for about two hours, wow. "Hey, it's getting kind of late," I brought up. "Should I walk you home?"

"Sure," he stood up, his empty drink in his hand, ready to be thrown away. "Oh, I'll take yours too," he said, taking mine as well, as he tossed them into the bin on our way out.

"Gosh, it's cold," he shivered. I realised that he wasn't actually wearing much, despite the fact that he had a woolly sweater on.

"Do you want my jacket?" I asked, taking it off so that he could use it. "I'm not that cold, but it might be a bit big for y-"

"Can I hold your hand instead?" his eyes twinkled as he locked his fingers in between mine, his thumb softly caressing my hand. "There, I feel so much better now," he gave me a warm smile.

"Of course, Jiminie, anything for you," I laughed, giving his hand a tight squeeze so that he could never let go.

I decided to forget my past. Besides, I had Jimin now, so why does it matter? Yoongi wasn't worth worrying over and I knew that. I left Yoongi at the back of my mind, where I wouldn't have to think about him anymore.

But I couldn't get over it, just like that. No matter how hard I tried to forget, I couldn't get over it.
