I kept tossing back and forth on my bed. I looked at the clock and it's almost dawn.

Aira has been ignoring me for two days and she's not in her apartment. I didn't know where she lives with her family.

Suddenly the bell rang and I got up immediately. It could be her...

"Oh it's you hyung", I slumped on the chair as Taehyung hyung sat beside me. He looked pissed.

"Is this your doing?", He threw me a newspaper article

My eyes went wide at the headline news : CEO of Chae Enterprises to marry the daughter of Han Company, leaving his commoner fiancee heartbroken?

As the announcement was made yesterday, reporters found a new evidence in which Baek Aira, former fiancee of Chae Hyungwon, was spotted attending a wedding with the CEO of Jeon Group, Jeon Jungkook. People are speculating that the engagement was a cover up for Aira's affair with the young and talented CEO.

"What the hell is this?", I read through the article as Taehyung clicked his tongue

"Don't tell me you have nothing to do with this. I told you already not to inter-"

"I have no idea what is happening and I'm not behind this", I threw the article to the ground and stepped on it

I tried to call Aira but it was unavailable. I threw my phone aside and groaned in frustration. No wonder she's ignoring me... But is it wrong to feel a tiny bit happy that they're not engaged anymore?

"You're happy aren't you?", Taehyung looked at me and I almost choked air

"No I'm not", I lied

"You're practically smiling, pabo. You have to fix this", he deadpanned

"How am I going to fix this? This is practically the universe siding on me", Taehyung flicked my forehead as I yelped in pain

"If you didn't involve her in the first place, this would never happen. This is wrong, Kookie", he shook his head

"I saw the way you looked at Aira, it's the same as you saw Minyoung back then. Are you really that selfish until you have the need to ruin their relationship?", he scolded once more and I can't take it.

"What if I told you that she's the one? That she might be the one I've been looking for this whole time? The one that can make me happy again? Would you say those words to me?", I raised my tone and slammed my fist to the table.

"Jungkook-ah, is that how you really feel?", he looked at me deep in the eyes.

"Y-yes...", I held my forehead and slumped on the sofa

"Then I'm sorry, you know I got your back right? I just want you to do the right thing and listen to your heart", he patted my shoulder

"I know hyung. I'm just upset because you're my closest hyung, but thank you for supporting me", I smiled as he smiled as well

"As an apology, I'm going to treat you. It's almost 6 a.m, wanna grab some ramen?", he grinned as I nodded

"Sure, let's go", we brofisted each other and closed the apartment door.
