*NOTE- So we got the idea for this one from when we went on school camp, and everyone in the bus was freaking out about these two kids ship name, and one of our friends was on a sugar high and she laughed at this poor guy riding a bike, and we thought: "That's kind of like a Nagito thing to do." Cause Nagito would be like, "Oh! Look Hajime! That guy is restoring his hope by riding a bike!" Hajime: "No, Nagito... He's just riding a bike." Nagito: "Are you sure?" "Yes."

Also, the text in the image translates to:

Nagito: I love you.

Hajime: ...

Hajime: Shut up.*

Hajime's POV

I was waiting at the bus stop with my boyfriend, Nagito, so we could catch a bus. Well, obviously to catch a bus, but we were going to see my family. I made Nagito promise on his life to lie to my family and say we were best friends. I can't really trust Nagito though, considering he even admitted himself that he isn't the best promise-keeper.

Finally, the bus arrived and we got on. "Come on, Hinata-kun! We have to sit over there, near the window!" Nagito said. He seemed overly excited about this trip. For the past week, he's been counting down how many days it is until we ride the bus. He's not even excited about where we're going, it's just the bus. Sometimes, I really don't understand him.

This trip was going to be very long. Two hours on a bus. With Nagito. This really was going to be a long trip. "Hinata-kun! Look over there, it's a bird!" Nagito said, pointing to a small bird sitting on a fence. "Yeah... It is a bird..." I murmured, looking out the window. "Isn't this great? I get to spend five hours on a bus with you, Hinata-kun!" He said, hugging me. "Na...gi...to... You're...suffocating...me..." I gasped. "Oh, sorry, Hinata-kun!" Then, the bus started moving. I saw Nagito's face light up. That face made me smile a bit, though.

"Wait... Did you say five hours?" I asked. "Yep! Five hours, with you, on this bus!" Nagito said, grinning. "When you did the research, you told me it would be two hours!" I exclaimed. "Well, surprise, Hinata-kun!" He said. He intertwined his fingers with mine. I could feel my face heating up. "Nagito... are you sure you should be doing this... here?" I asked nervously, looking around frantically.

"Why, Hinata-kun, I've never been more sure in my life!" He said happily. A little boy sitting behind us kicked on the chair. "Stop being pay!" He shouted. I jumped at his sudden shouting. "Nagito, stop!" I said, pulling my hand away. Nagito looked at me. He looked extremely hurt. "I'm sorry... Nagito, just... wait a while, okay?" I murmured. Nagito turned around to face the boy. "It's not called being 'pay', it's called being gay, well, I prefer the term homosexual, but it's your choice entirely." Nagito told the boy.

I tensed up again, "Nagito, seriously! Stop that!" I shout-whispered. "Oh, okay, Hinata-kun!" He said and then turned to face me again. I tried to think of a way to distract him from educating little boys and showing public displays of affection. "Oh, Nagito... Look, we're going over a bridge... See? There's the lake there." I said, attempting to get him to look out the window.

"Sure, the water's nice, but you're much nicer." Nagito said. I was beginning to feel uncomfortable. "Nagito... Please..." I murmured, begging him to stop. He sighed, "Alright, Hinata-kun. I'll stop. As long as... hm..." He said. He was obviously thinking up something terrible I had to do in return for his silence. "You have to kiss me in front of your parents." He said, smiling.

"What the hell? No! I just convinced you to lie to them, so why would I?!" I exclaimed. "Well, that's a bit bad. It's your choice, though. Would you rather put up with trash like me for this bus ride, or kiss me in front of your family?" He asked. Even though he was smaller than me (not taller, smaller in shape and way skinnier.), he was being extremely intimidating. "Nagito... I can't do either of them... But... if I had to choose..." I mumbled. I know what he wanted me to do. It isn't what I wanted to do, but I had to. "I... I choose both." I said. His face lit up.

"Hinata-kun! I didn't expect you to be so... daring!" He said, smiling again. I took ahold of his hand in order to cheer him up. I'd rather be stuck with a clingy Nagito than a suicidal and depressive Nagito. "So... Anything interesting out the window?" I asked. "Hmm... Oh, look! There's a family walking their dog! Don't they look so hopeful together? The joy of walking an animal, it's so full of hope!" He exclaimed.

To be honest, I could walk a dog and feel, well, nothing about it. On the other hand, if Nagito walked a dog, if his word is true, he'd be... I don't know how to put it into words. I need to note down to NEVER get a dog as long as I'm with Komaeda.  Suddenly the bus stops and I'm just about ready to get off. "This isn't our stop, Hinata-kun. We still have three hours together!" He smiled. "But everyone's getting off... I think this is our stop." I said, getting up. "Look, stay here and you don't have to kiss me in front of your parents, alright?" He said. I sighed, "Alright... fine." I mumbled. The bus started moving again. I looked out the window.

"Are you sure this is right?" I asked, "We're going down some weird roads, with like, no lights." I said. "Oh, odd..." He said, smirking. "Nagito, what is this!?" I asked, worried for my own health. "Nothing. We're just going on a NORMAL bus ride, that's all!" He said happily. Suddenly, the bus stopped in front of a building with a sign on it. I read the sign out loud: "Bus... depot... Wait, bus depot?!" I exclaimed. "Nagito, they're gonna lock up! We'll be stuck in here the whole night!" I exclaimed.

"And the problem with that is...?" Nagito asked, tilting his head. "You... you set this up! Didn't you!?" I asked. He nervously chuckled, "Sorry, Hinata-kun... It's just, whenever I want to come to your house or go out with you, you're always 'busy.'" He said, smiling again. "Nagito... you... why did you...?" I asked. "I'm so sorry for upsetting you, Hinata-kun." He said, wrapping his arms around me. One of my fears is being alone. Well, I know I'm with Nagito, but I feel alone. I was trying to hold back tears, not because of Nagito, I just felt emotional, exhausted and not to mention, I was also depressed because of this whole situation.

I guess I wouldn't mind spending a night with Nagito, alone, on a bus. It might turn out to be okay.

After sobbing for a while into Nagito's shoulder, I stopped and looked at him, a wave of exhaustion suddenly hitting me. I yawned, "I'm really tired, Nagito..." I mumble. "It's okay, Hinata-kun. You can sleep, I'll be right beside you." He said, stroking my hair. It felt nice, but a bit odd at the same time. I closed my eyes. It wouldn't hurt to pretend to sleep for a bit, would it? I did just want to close my eyes, but I didn't want to sleep. I didn't really want this moment to be over.

I suddenly felt something press up against my lips and my eyes shot open. "Nagito?! Are you... are you stealing kisses from me?!" I exclaimed, making him fall back in shock. "Ah... I didn't know you were still awake..." He said, nervously chuckling again. "Nagito... Could I pretend to be asleep again...? So you could do that again...?" I asked, my cheeks heating up.

I didn't like to admit it, but I liked it when he kissed me. Just not in public.

"You don't have to pretend to be asleep, this time, though." He said. Before I had time to protest, he leant in and kissed me. I felt my face getting hotter and redder, but I kissed back anyway. Nobody was watching, so it didn't matter.

Eventually, he pulled away. His cheeks were red. He was almost never embarrased about this sort of stuff. I don't know why his cheeks are so heated up... Then, he was looking down. I looked in the direction he was looking and I saw why his cheeks were so red. My fly was undone.

"Are you serious, Nagito?! You could've told me!" I exclaimed, but not too loudly, or we'd be caught. He smiled, "I would've told you but...." His voice trailed off. "But... you liked it, didn't you?!" I asked, playfully jabbing him in the arm. "Wait... If I undo it again, will you face turn red again...? As much as I don't like to say it, that sorta turns me on..." I mumbled, looking away from Nagito. "I could just hold my breath and my face would turn red..." He suggested. "I don't want you hurting yourself for my sake, alright?" I said. "I would do anything for your sakes, Hinata-kun." He said.

A little while later, I found myself falling asleep at his side. He was already asleep. That was sort of relieving, considering if I'd fallen asleep before him, he would've done something to me. Thank god he fell asleep. I closed my eyes. I was about to fall asleep when I felt something pressing up against my lips, again. "Nagito!" I yelled, without opening my eyes. "Alright... Alright..." He said, before resting back down next to me. I smiled and fell asleep after I heard his heavy breathing. This time, I could really well and truly sleep in peace.
