It had been a few weeks since Aaliyah's heat. Claw had just finished doing some work in his office and was now outside on his balcony. Tapping his chin he thought for a second. He has had some time to think to himself in peace for a while now.

"First time in a long time..." He closed his eyes and balled his fist. He hated doing things like this, but he couldn't help as of feel...helpless or even just unsure.

"Goddess? Hey...yeah... It's uh...me. Claw Greyson." Claw grunted and laid his forehead on the balcony rail. He felt as if he didn't understand what he was going through.

"I don't deserve her..why give her to me? Why give her to a man like me...? I won't be good for her...I'm not like a guy she deserves. I'm just all...brute force and adult. With the fact of what our fathers past is...or was." Rubbing his face he looked up. He knew he wasn't going to get an answer. It was only a matter of time before he would forget he even asked.

"Dear child, don't doubt yourself. You deserve her as much as she deserves you. As for the past...it is all in the past" His eyes widened and looked around slightly. He straightened his back and backed away from the rail. He wasn't expecting the feminine voice in his head and he looked around for anyone else that could be speaking to him.

He would and was gonna say something but he froze. This was the first time he had ever spoken to the moon goddess. He never even knew of people to get a response from her and especially in times of need.

"Don't be afraid of something new, I do talk you know. I just don't sometimes to let others figure it out themselves. But this is a special matter isn't it?" He mumbled to himself knowing she was right. The frustration on his face had told how he was feeling.

"Yeah...I can't choose either to trust her or not...she's..she's fragile, but what she told me some weeks ago I can't tell if she really is as fragile as she tends to be. Sometimes it's like I'm taking care of a little girl. She was just so closed in from life."

"That depends on either you can handle an ugly truth that you have not accepted yet. But that's for you to decide child. As for that delema...i cannot help you and it is for her to decide to be the woman she has to be." He nodded slowly and rubbed his hair. Stepping up he was going to say one more thing but was interrupted.

"I must go now...just remember. You choose to believe or you don't. Take care of my child" his eyes widened as she disappeared from his mind.

"My child or of my child..." He mumbled stating the last sentence in his head. Feeling arms around him he was going to whip around but realized it was just Aaliyah wrapping herself around him.

"You were talking to Mother..." Aaliyah mumbled into his back and started to trace circles. She hummed against his back and closed her eyes.
"Mommy?" He felt her nod into his back. He had thought it was just something normal. Calling someone as high status as the goddess mother is something normal.

"Yes, my Mother. My mother is up there....she sits on the moon. Did you know it was supposed to be me instead of her? But my mother talked to the other one...for some reason and now she's up there." She smiled an unknowingly and stretched but then frowned at her oncoming pain. He could feel certain emotions in her and how she would be feeling due to how close he had gotten to her recently.

"My tummy hurts. Come on..." She grabbed his hand and turned him around taking him to the bed. He watched as she dragged him over and he couldn't help but smile as she snuggled into the bed with him. He had taken her by the waist and pulled her forward to him. He hummed softly and laced his fingers into her ha and she seemed to smile and close her eyes.

She seemed to go to sleep with the hum of his chest and the feeling of his fingers through her hair. Claw stared at her for some time and couldn't help but feel uneasy about her.
