Lunch finally rolled around, but I didn't bother trying to find anyone to sit with. I put my hood over my head, and laid down on the table. I could hear feet scurrying past me, probably trying to find a seat.

All through the day so far, people have been staring at me, and questioning me, which is getting annoying honestly.

Someone's tray fell right beside my head, causing me to jump up. I looked at the person who dropped the tray, and grunted.

"What do you want?" I asked.

"Sitting with you. None of your friends are here. Where are they anyways?" Tyler asked.

"How should I know? They're missing." I said looking at Tyler. Maybe he'll hint something. But I'm guessing not. The look on his face was confused.

"Are you sure?" He asked concerned. Since when is Tyler concerned?

"First Ryder went missing, and now Mason. This person wants something from me, but I have no idea what, and it's bothering me. If I don't give them what they want, then something bad could happen to them."

Tyler looked at me with sympathy.

"I know your not going to believe this. But I'll help you." He looked like as if he was really telling the truth, but I can't trust him.

"I don't know Tyler. I can't trust you." I commented. Another tray sat down beside me, causing me to look. It's some person I didn't know.

He has brown hair, and blue eyes, and he seems like he's tall. I'm not sure though because he's sitting down.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"Bond. James Bond." He smirked.

"What ever." I rolled my eyes.

"I'm joking. I'm Cole Smith." He winked.

"Don't wink at me." I said through gritted teeth. I don't even know him and he's getting on my nerves already.

"With Ryder gone, I'm the new bad boy, So to speak." He turned around, leaned his back against the table, putting his hands on top of his head. Really?

"Ryder isn't gone, so shut up. No one needs you around. Your just going to make matters worse for everyone. Ryder will always be the top person at this school wether he's here or not."

"Listen cupcake, he's been gone for a week," he moved from his position, looking me head in the eyes with his elbows resting on his knees now. "Do you honestly think he is going to be back, or come back anytime soon?"

"I believe he will. I will find him. I'll make sure of it."

"Dude just go away." Tyler commented to Cole.

"Oh, hello, Tyler." He smirked again.

"Leave Casey alone." He growled.

"Or what Tyler?" Cole stood up in front of him, causing Tyler to stand up too. Tyler was easily a half foot taller than him. And now I think about it, this Cole dude and I, we might be the same hight.

"I swear I will punch you so freaking hard, I'll make sure I break a bone. I'm not afraid to get in trouble again, especially if it's to protect Casey. That's all I want to do." Whoa, wait, what?

Cole threw his head back laughing.

"You want to protect this little girl?" He used air quotes when he said the word protect. Also he pointed a finger at me when he said 'little girl'.

"I'm not a little girl!" I rolled standing up. Yep, we are the same hight. He has a tall back, and short legs.

"Get out of this Casey." Tyler warned.
