Finding Out:

When you were young, the doctors told you that it was very unlikely that you would ever have children. So, you and Pietro weren't ever very... careful, because you didn't think it was possible.

And when you began to have the core symptoms of pregnancy— missed period, cravings, mood swings, bloating—, you completely brushed it off. It was only when the morning sickness continued that Piet suggested you make a doctor's appointment.

Of course, being over protective Pietro, he went with you. The doctor asked about your symptoms, then took some blood. When he walked back in the room a bit later, he said:

"I don't know how you did it, Mrs. Maximoff." Then handed you a paper. You glanced over it, and your eyes gravitated toward two words:

Pregnancy: Positive.

Speechless, you hand the paper to your husband and stare at the doctor.

Funny Pregnancy Moments:

About 5 months into your pregnancy, you were laying on your couch, flipping through the channels and eating some jellybeans. Then, a new craving hit.

"Piet!" You called into the apartment. He appeared in the doorway, making a questioning humm; he was looking at something on his phone.

"Want to know what I just got a craving for? A nice slice of seedless watermelon."

"Seedless Watermelon is kinda out of season right now, I'd probably have to go to mexico to get it." He said, joking around.

"Well you've got super speed, don't you?" You said seriously.

"You want me to go all the way to Mexico for seedless watermelon?"

"Yes."

"Princess, I can't just drop everything and-"

"I dropped everything to be pregnant."

*sigh* "I'll be back..."

Labor:

"Princessa, you're in labor we need to go to the hospital."

You winced at another contraction, but continued to cook the meat for your tacos none the less. "Pietro, I told you. I am not leaving this house until the tacos are done and in my stomach."

Your water had broken twenty minutes ago. You needed to the hospital, unless of course you wanted to deliver the baby at home. And you really didn't. As you moved over to get a tortilla for your taco, you heard Pietro mutter something under his breath, and next thing you knew, you were at the hospital's front desk.

"Piet!" You yelled and slapped him in the arm.

"Sorry, (Y/N). I just really did not want to deliver the baby at home."

After a few snickers, doctors rushing around to get you prepped for birth, and Pietro almost hyperventilating, the baby came out problem free.
