Caelen Armino wasn't afraid when Xander Jenks showed up at his doorstep, demanding his life.
Xander Jenks was well aware of who he was betting on. He trusted him to win but unfortunately, Cobra had betrayed him and now he would pay.
"Get out." One of Caelen's housekeepers spat at Xander.
"Ma'am, I tell you this out of courtesy, get out of my way."
"No." She repeated.
Caelen stood hidden behind the drapes, listening to them intently.
"Okay then." Xander said gruffly. "I give you a warning, Cobra. And one warning only."
Caelen waited for him to continue.
"Protect the girl. If we can't have you, we'll take her."
