Code Lyoko: The Invasion

Two for One in the Desert Sector

*Chapter 6*

"Aelita, my communications are being jammed again. The tower is 110 degrees north. I'll only

talk when needed," Jeremy sent through.


"Okay, everyone, let's go," Aelita suggested. Everyone took off running. From a cliff near the

tower, the Lyoko Warriors scanned the area. Five Krabs. "Yumi, you take the two on the left,

Ulrich, you take the one in the center, and Odd, you take the two on the right. GO!" The three

warriors jumped and all in one motion destroyed all five Krabs. Aelita jumped and joined them. In

front of the tower, a dark figure appeared. It resembled William, but everything, skin, clothing, and

all, was dark like the fog seen before.


"It must be a copy of William," Yumi suggested.


"Yes, it is," Aelita explained. The Lyoko Warriors all jumped forward and attacked. The shadow

warrior was extremely tough and able to hold each Lyoko Warrior off.


"I never knew William could try so hard and be so powerful. Of only he tries this hard in school.

Hahaha!" Odd joked.


"Yeah, same for you Odd!" Ulrich responded. Odd hit the warrior in the back with two laser

arrows. The warrior exploded and the dark fog formed on a nearby wall. A hand reached out and

grabbed Odd. It pulled him in until he was waist deep in the fog. Ulrich used his super sprint and

grabbed onto Odd's arm.


"Hold on!" Ulrich told Odd.


"Yeah, like I was going to do anything else." Odd remarked. Yumi and Aelita started to come

over to help Ulrich, but were stopped by a Krab hiding behind the tower. The Krab prepared to fire.

Odd knee if he fired a laser arrow, he would be pulled into the fog. He also knew that if he didn't,

Yumi and Aelita would be devirtualized and the world would be destroyed.


"Laser arrow!" Odd yelled, shooting the Krab on X.A.N.A.'s mark. Odd reached for the wall, but

missed and was pulled into the fog.


"NO!" Ulrich yelled, slashing the wall with his sabers.


"Come on, Ulrich. Don't let his sacrifice be in vain!" Yumi whimpered. Yumi went over and

hugged Ulrich. Aelita say with her head between her legs. After a few minutes, they all entered the

tower, unaware of future challenges.
