A fantastic read with an original and refreshing moral edge. Each poem is constructed in such a way that it acts not only as a promotion of a certain motif or meaning but it also acts as a primary piece of social commentary. The writer explores themes of love, depression, philosophy, conflict, anger, wonder and freedom - just to name a few. They are expressed in such a way that they always seem to grasp the lighter side of life providing both an uplifting sense and a great warmth.
This book is well worth a read if, like the writer, you are a great thinker, or need a lift when things are low. The poems lives up to the title of the book perfectly and provides such an immensely valuable contemporary, modern perspective on the subjects explored. Fantastic stuff! Very well done RetroDude7!
