A chapter name is not required on Wattpad, and most people stick with numbers however some people like to give every chapter a name/title that reflects the events of the chapter itself.
The trick with chapter names is to keep them short but also either funny or dramatic (depending on what type of book you're writing) This will engage the reader and make them want to read the chapter to find out what the chapter name is describing or referring to. If you have boring chapter names, you will not get the same excitement from readers.
You also don't want to give too much away in your chapter title, so something like 'Amy dies in car accident' would ruin the surprise of the chapter completely. Instead of that, your chapter title could be 'Tragedy' or 'How did this happen?' which builds up suspense.
My last tip would be don't overthink it, it's really not an end all if your chapter name isn't amazing.
