Books clubs will vary depending on what the specific purpose of that club is but generally if you join a book club on Wattpad you will be partnered up each week with another account and you agree to read each other's works and give feedback. If you fail to uphold your end of the deal (reading the other person's books) then you usually get a strike or just get kicked straight out the club.
People sign up to book clubs to help gain more readers and get honest feedback on their works, and book clubs and incredibly useful for new writers to help make friends.
