a letter to love

I don't think I have the proper knowledge to write about you. You being love.

I've never been in love of course since I am only 13. Though, I have had people tell me they love me. I never knew how to respond.

I don't want to throw the word love around like it's nothing.

You know, I've had three guys tell me they love me.

I've never known how to respond, but I can tell you I got hung up on one of those guys. One of the guys that told me they love me is not really my friend anymore. We dated once, but it did not end well, though I should've known not to get into a relationship so young. I'm still quite hung up on this guy unfortunately. I kinda miss him. I'd do a lot for a second chance, but now that it's over with I guess there is no going back. I cannot take back the things I did or said.

Either way, I have found that I truly am in love with the idea of love, but definitely am far to young for anything even close to it. Although I get into relationships all of the time (even if I know I shouldn't) I don't think I have any clue of how to even date. Especially when I still like one of my exes. I really shouldn't date, that's my conclusion.
