Chapter 16* Heartfillia Mansion

"Oi flamebrain don't be stupid when we get there." Gray said.
"What'd you say Popsicle stick." Natsu said turning around.
"You heard me." Gray growled.
Erza turned around and glared at them.
"I mean be careful buddy." Gray said slinging a arm around Natsu.
"Ok thanks buddy." Natsu said smiling
Erza smiled pleased with herself and turned around.
"I hate you." They both growled at each other quietly.
"Ok here it is guys now all-"
"Oi watch out!" Gray said pushing them out of the way.
"I guess they were right boss."
Erza looked up and saw a girl and a man. The girl had silver hair and red eyes, her fist was clenched and was glowing.
"Take care of them Clair." The man said disappearing.
Clair turned around and smiled.
"Sorry I can't let you get through."
She then ran towards them.

"What do you mean it's no use." Lucy said narrowing her eyes at Zach.
"Didn't you know your daddy's mansion belonged to the Evans now?"
Lucy clutched the blanket.
"Oh no..."She muttered.
"Oh yes your friends won't make it." He smirked.
Lucy looked down at the velvet covers, tears threatening to come down.
"Clair the daemon child is there along with Max the powerful swordsman and those are S class mages they won't get to that box your mommy was talking about besides the box is sealed in a room guarded by the most powerful Mage ever..." He said grinning like a Cheshire cat.

"Everwick....The kid was right they did come so be careful up there." A man whispered through a door.
A soft chuckle was heard on the other side
"I should be telling you that it seems one managed to get through your daughter."
The man turned around confused on what he meant but only was greeted by a punch.
He skidded across the hall and fell down the staircase. He looked up and saw a boy.
"The famous salamander." He grinned. He took out a long sword.
"Ha you think a silly punch will defeat me?!" He asked dodging Natsu's attacks easily. Natsu punched his fists together creating flames.
"I hope so, but I guess I'll have to try harder." Natsu said walking towards him.
"How'd you get through her?"
"Who?"
"Clair!"
"Oh It was easy actually..."

Once the man left the girl tried attacking Gray but was pushed away by Erza.
"Requip!" Erza was now in her black wing armor.
"Natsu go ahead with gray I got this one." Erza ordered sternly.
"Got it." Natsu ran ahead with gray trailing behind him

"I see..." The man said amused.
The man was about to lash at Natsu when he slipped.
"What the-" He looked down at saw ice.
"Ice but how?" He turned and saw grey smirking.
"Natsu go through the door." Gray said. "I got him..."
"I don't take orders from you Popsicle." Natu muttered walking to the door. He slowly opened it.
"It seems I'll finally have some fun after all those two always hog the intruders and get all the fun while I'm in here guarding the stupid treasures belonging to the Evans family." A man with green hair walked from the shadows.
"Welcome Natsu Dragneel of Fairy Tail."

"Who cares." Lucy said simply.
Zachary looked up and saw Lucy smirking.
"Why aren't you scared?" Zachary asked Lucy
"Because I have hope for my friends and if their together then your challenging the strongest team of fairy tail." She said.
"And one more thing..." She said.
She took out her keys and showed him, Although she no longer had a guild mark on her hand, it was still located where she had sewn it on her pouch.
"I'm a Mage of fairy tail therefore I should never give up."
He clenched his fists and went towards Lucy. Lucy widened her eyes and jumped off the bed, but it was to late he grabbed her hand.
"I guess I have to do it sooner than I thought, maybe if I do we'll get a better gift."
