You were at your new school, (y/s). You entered and looked around. You sighed, knowing you can't talk to anyone. You went to the office and got your schedule. You walked to your locker and opened it.

You were putting your books and backpack in there. You closed and locked it, then walked back. Only bumping into someone.

"I'm sorry!" You said. They just laughed. You looked and their (e/c). "It's alright. I'm (c/n). You must be new here, because I never seen you around here." He/she took their hand out of their pocket and raised it to you. You shook his/her hand and said, "I'm (y/n)." "Nice to meet you, (y/n)."

Weeks later

You guys were in love. But you two didn't admit it. You've been in (y/s) for 5 weeks already and you loved it here and (c/n).

You were looking at your science teacher board.

How should I tell him/her I love him/her!? I mean I can't just go up and say 'I love you. Wanna date?' Ugh! Come on (y/n)! Think of something! You thought.

"(Y/n)!" Your teacher slammed their hand on your table. You jumped and looked at him/her. "Pay attention and stop thinking about your boyfriend/girlfriend!" You gulped. Then he/she went back to teaching.

Lunch(?)

You were waiting for (c/n). There he/she came with his/her beautiful (h/c) hair. "Hey (y/n)." "Hey." You smiled. "So... I've been meaning to tell you something." He/she said. "Go on." He/she was gonna say until the fire alarm bell went off.

Everyone screamed. They started to push you two away. "(C/n)!" You yelled. "No, (y/n)!" Then you smelled smoke. You saw fire rising from the cafeteria. Then you started to run too.

Later

Everyone in your whole school was outside, while the firefighters put the fire off. It was the biggest one you ever seen. It burned half the school. Only 5 been injured.

You were crying. One of rehouse five was (c/n). You realize he's/she loved you so much.

He/she thought you were in the cafeteria as ran over there. He/she looked everywhere for you. Then the smoke, it made him pass out.

You saw (c/n) sitting down with a firefighter next to him/her. He/she had a mask over his/her mouth and nose. You saw his/her chest going up and down fast. You saw a burn on his/her left arm. You frowned.

You walked over to him/her. "Hey." (C/n) looked up, with tears in his/her eyes. He/she gasped and dropped the mask and stood up quickly. Then went up to you and hugged you.

"You're alright!" His/her voice was sounding hoarse. You hugged and said, "you too!"

"You just went looking for me in the fire!" He/she chuckled and nodded. "It's 'cause I love you- wait.." you blinked once, or even twice and then a smile formed on your face. You threw your arms around his/her neck and kissed him/her passionately.

(C/n) kissed back, his/her hand lying on your waist. You two pulled away, panting.

"You could say it was burning love." He/she chuckled. You punched his/her shoulder softly and said, "stop it. You almost died and you're making jokes about fire?" You rolled your eyes playfully. "Oh shush. You know you love it." "I know I love you though." You winked at him/her. "I love you too."

"Sir/ma'am, your mask. You need to put it back on." The man said. "Alright." (C/n) shrugged and sat back. You sat next to him/her, laying your head on his/her shoulder.
