Chapter 17: Birthday Surprise

I was nervous, more nervous then I had ever been in my life. I had played in front of Tyler, Josh, Breadbin, Dan, Kenny, and Dallon, but I had never played in front of a crowd. So why are they making me play? Anyway I had 10 minutes till showtime or at least that's what I thought.

"Madison you ready?" Brendon asked smiling
"I wish you guys would've told me" I said
"You'll be fine and all you have to do is play piano for one song" he said
"What song!?" I said frantic
"The End Of All Things" he said
"Oh" I said
"Alright guys! showtime!" The man said
"Ryleigh just stay in here till we call you out" Brendon said running out on stage

A few songs played and then the last song came and I heard Brendon talking and then told me to come out. I ran out on stage and looking, everyone cheering and taking pictures or videos. How had I become popular in 2 days and why? Then Brendon started talking about me.

"Madison I'm gonna be honest ever since I've adopted you, you have impacted my life so much. I think all of us can say that" Brendon said pointing out into the crowd and point at his former band members, Kenny, Dan, And Dallon

This was that dream

"I mean I haven't know you for long, Madison. But you're a really cool and talented young girl, keep up the great work." Dallon said

I started smiling really wide

"Yeah, honestly Madison you're such a great girl. Your boyfriend is lucky to have someone like you, you're talented, sweet, funny as hell, pretty chill, and a lot more. Thank for everything" Kenny said

I started crying and Brendon came over to me and hugged me tightly, this was so much. I couldn't ask for more.

Well Madison I haven't know you for long, in fact I just met you Saturday. But basically everyone already took everything out of my mouth. You're a really great person in general, so thank you for everything that you've done not only for me but for every single one of us" Dan said smiling

I was just smiling like a dork and crying, then Tyler and Josh came on stage and put a red bow on my head like a present and then they yelled at the crowd and they all started singing happy birthday to me. They finished and I was just crying and smiling and laughing and everyone was hugging me. Brendon handed me the mic.

"thank you guys so much, you don't know how much this means to me. I really don't know what to say. You guys have impacted my life sos much since I've got here. So really I love you guys so much." I said handing the mic to Brendon
"We love you too Madison" everyone said in unison

*Time Skip*

I was laying down on the bus when I heard familiar voices coming from the kitchen and they were calling me to the kitchen. I walked out there and saw Brendon, Dan, Dallon, and Kenny standing there with a cookie cake. I smiled at them, God I'm so lucky to have all of them. They started singing happy birthday to me again and then I blew out the candles on the cake and we started eating. But Tyler had to be stupid and wipe the icing of his piece of cake and put it all over josh, this started a icing war. So Brendon wiped it all over my face and I laughed, I then ran outside and they all followed me out. They started throwing icing every where and just having a good time. This was the best birthday I've had in so long. We got back inside the bus and took showers (idk if the busses have showers or not so just go with it) and after those we all met back in the kitchen.

"Thank you" I said smiling
"Anytime Madison" Brendon said smiling back at me
