Nina's POV

"Class, we have a new student joining us today..." the teacher started

I looked up from my book and saw a girl. She had brown hair and eyes, her lips were in a small smile and she was wearing a maroon coloured long-sleeved crop top and blue high waisted skinny jeans and white converse.

She wouldn't been pretty if her face wasn't caked with makeup...

"This is Joy Mercer, I expect you all to treat her kindly" The teacher finished

"Oh no" I heard Fabian mutter

Joy gave a smirk before strutting her way over to an empty desk- which was next to the one I shared with Fabian and the teacher carried on with the lesson...

___Time Laps___

"And that's all he said?" Amber asked as we made our way to our dorm room

"Yeah, I mean am I being crazy or is he hiding something?! Ugh, I sound so weird..." I shook my head and unlocked the dorm room door

"Nina, it's perfectly normal, especially if a girl- a British girl- shows up and your British boyfriend just so happens to be acting weird around the same time..." Amber carried on

"Yeah, I suppose, I just don't want to look like a crazy psychopath girlfriend if I ask him if he knows her..." I huff and chuck my backpack on the floor next to my bed and sit on the small sofa with Amber

"Awe don't worry, Neens...I'm sure it's nothing" Amber comforted me...

___Meanwhile___

Fabian's POV

"What are you doing here?!" I asked, grabbing Joy by the arm and pulling her into an empty classroom

"Well, I was on my way to my next class until someone rudely pulled me away from my education!" Joy replied in a sassy tone

"Really? That's what you're going with? Why are you really here? You know I have a restraining order..." I frowned at the brunette

"I missed you, babe" Joy smirked flirtatiously, walking closer to me

"Get away from me! I'm not going to let you ruin my life...again!" I pushed her away from me and stormed out of the classroom with a huff

___Time Laps___

"So what do you think of the new chick?" Eddie asked, munching on some Doritos as I walked into our dorm room, after school

"U-Um...she seems n-nice" I shrugged, the words sounding bitter on my tongue

"Okay..." Eddie frowned at me

I continued to change into something more comfortable while Eddie sat on the couch, eating his crisps (chips).

"What's up with you, dude?" Eddie finally asked as I finished pulling on a jumper

"Nothing...why?" I shrugged, bluntly

"You've been acting weird...everyone is noticing, even Alfie" Eddie continued

"Well I'm not, I'm just...adjusting to things" I shrugged, lying down on my bed

"Whatever..." Eddie mumbled

Quick life update:
Sorry I haven't posted since like the 28th of December, I had my GCSE Exam in Business so I was revising like a crazy person all through the holidays and the past week...uughhhhhh!!!!

I'll update soon but I have even more exams coming up so updating will be all over the place for the next couple of weeks (or months) but I hope you're enjoying this story, Happy New Year! Thanks for the support and comments and I'll update soon...maybe.
