The annoying thing for us is the ongoing maintenance that our hearing aids or cochlear implants really need and most of the time we have to go over there and upgrade or turn up our hearing aids.
Basically they plug our hearing aids to the computer and change the programming which suits us.
This lady here is going to become Deaf for a day.
The green goey thing that you saw in the video above, That is what we use to fit the moulds of our hearing aid perfectly in our ear. That gets sent off to a lab to be made then a week alter or so we get our moulds for our hearing aid.
